“The flat is clean and compact, located in a Mews. Very close to the Railway station - less than 10mins walk. Parking is free for initial 30min outside the gate - to unload. The Host provided permit for the weekend. The area also gives free parking, daily from 4:00pm until 10:00am the next day. It is also a 10minutes walk from the flat to the beautiful Town Centre of Bury St Edmunds ”

“This apartment is of the very highest standard. Beautifully decorated, with everything you would ever need! The location is 2 mins walk to the town or beach. Although there is no parking at the property, there was lots of parking 1 min walk away. Highly recommended! ”

“The Hayloft is a lovely property. It is very stylishly appointed - an extremely comfortable bed, fab modern bathroom and a small kitchen area for preparing breakfast. It’s very well located for visiting the Suffolk coast. Wickham Market has a a decent sized supermarket for provisions, a really good fish and chip shop and the Bengal Indian Restaurant was one of the best we have eaten at. There for a family gathering having lived in Long Melford for a few years previously The cottage was warm, welcoming and beautifully equipped, set with with the stunning backdrop of Long Melford church and a stones throw from a great gastro pub.”

“This really is an absolutely stunning apartment, whoever decorated it has impeccable taste. The owner had thought of everything, too - so many thoughtful touches. Check-in process was super easy, and location great - right opposite the beach, with easy access into town (about 8 mins walking distance). There's something lovely that's hard to describe about the apartment, too - the light is beautiful, the colours and decor are very soothing, there's a lovely vibe about the place. Highly recommend.”

“We were able to gain access to our property alot earlier than stated and was very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the sea view's. All we required, that's food and entertainment was literally out our front door and no more than 100 metres to the left and to the right. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the British weather.”

“This apartment is in a nice part of the country and convenient to many lovely areas to visit. The property itself is in a quiet courtyard and provides a parking space for the occupant. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of trash around the courtyard and it wasn’t well-kept, with discarded clothing, cans/bottles, and even unopened mail lying about. The overall condition was adequate; there are tiles missing around the tub, the mattresses are thin but not uncomfortable, the furniture is basic but...

“the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. ”

“We were very disappointed when we arrived at the property. It was in a poor state of repair with 2 of the electric heaters hanging off the wall. The toilet was dirty and there were stains on the floor. Walls and doors were damaged and filthy as were the blinds in the rooms. There was also a bag of dirty laundry outside the front door. There was no welcome pack or information about the area. Both bedside lamps did not have bulbs. The check in required photo ID to be sent which was not...
