“Beautiful, impressive property with polite, attentive staff. Breakfast had amazing variety, delicious food. Loved the perk of admission to the private Salon with champagne happy hour and snacks throughout the day. Having both an indoor and heated outdoor pool and hot tub was another favorite amenity. ”

“The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. I would but I'm at the SELF...
