“I stayed here for 9 nights, and it was very comfortable. Rooms were pretty big, quiet and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a glass enclosed shower along with a full-size tub. Water temperature was perfect. Laundry service was also great.
The staff was very helpful and professional, but there is a bit of a language barrier when it comes to communication. But the use of a translator really helped. I loved the robots located in the lobby.

“４泊５日で利用しました。中心部に行くには地下鉄に乗る必要がありますが、地下鉄の中関村駅までも徒歩10分以内、何より近辺に飲食店が非常に多く、隣にセブンイレブンもあり、大満足でした。
ツインでしたが１つのベッドがダブルベッドの大きさで、こんなによく眠れたことはあっただろうかと思うぐらい快適です。掃除やタオル交換も毎日してくれました（シーツ交換はなし）。”

“The place is very reasonable priced.
Location: 10-15 minute walk to nearest subway and 1 hour ride away from the city centre. But it is next to a crossroad so if find it difficult to sleep with noise this might be a deal breaker. Price wise the location is great.

“The best thing about the hotel for me was the location. I had business at Tsinghua University, so it was very convenient to walk just a few hundred meters from the hotel to the campus.
The service has improved in many ways compared to previous reviews. Many of the front desk staff were able to communicate in English, and those who could not speak English well tried to communicate using a translation app on their smartphones.

“The hotel is close to the metro, and we were allowed to check in at 8:00 AM instead of 2:00 PM, which was helpful after a long flight from Brussels, Belgium, to Beijing, China, allowing us to sleep after a six-hour jet lag.
