“We had no wifi at all .no blind at well overlooked by people having coffee at open doors on raised level opp room 206 no privacy . Bath taps didnt work towels looked grey not white Heating didnt work when we arrived lift broken for years as other guests told us too .No tissues in bathroom very poor restaurant set in beautiful grounds but not a good experience sadly ”

“THIS HOTEL NEEDS A RENOVATION !!! there's no cozy atmoshpere, it doesn't let you feel "at home" . Bathroom is awful. I have done severeal pictures to the unacceptable conditions of the shower. ”

“Poco prima delle dieci arriviamo in auto all'hotel: un po' più tardi di quando avremmo voluto, perchè l'indirizzo diceva Manchester road, bolton : e noi siamo andati a bolton in manchester road. Non c'era nessun hotel georgian house, perchè in realta è in manchester blackrod, circa 10 km fuori bolton. Comunque molto prima della mezzanotte, quindi largamente in tempo per fare il check in. secondo quando comunicato alla prenotazione. Non c'è posto! Increduli insistiamo, ma non c'è nulla da fare....

“Camera e baglio ampissimi e comodi, con letto enorme e doccia extra large. Struttura nuova e molto pulita. Area industruiale non affascinante, ma silenziosa e adatta a pernottamenti per viaggi di lavoro. Disponibilità di parcheggio. Colazione nella norma. Buona ricezione WIFI.”

“the staff was very kind and available to answer to all of our questions. the location is far from the city, but it’s not impossible to reach it if you’re down to get a few transports. I cannot complain. it was still extremely cheap even if manchester was full of tourists for the oasis concerts! it was a nice short stay for us ”

“I recently stayed in a Superior Double Room and was disappointed by the overall experience, particularly considering the premium rate charged. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel benefits from a large free car park, which was appreciated. However, several aspects fell well below what I would expect from a superior room. The room felt somewhat dated, and attention to detail was lacking. Only one teaspoon was provided despite there being two mugs in the room....

“Viktor was welcoming & so very helpful. The location is walking distance to everything fun, like the World of Glass Museum & the Transportation museum. And not far from lovely strolls along the canal. Stellar place to stay. The room had a microwave, an electric kettle and a clothes stand to hang my clothes. Also one large chest of drawers as well as a small chest of drawers and a lovely mirror. Well recommended!”

“I honestly can't understand why this hotel is rated as well as it is showing online. When travelling I always stayed here previously but it has been a significant time since my last stay when it was a Premier Inn. The room on the lower floor had an odour of urine and felt damp. The bed mattress was worn with no support. Thankfully The bedding was clean. The room overall was oversized and felt damp. The shower had a small cockroach looking insect residing. And the door had no security latch...
