“The room is clean and the check-in instructions are pretty clear. The location is right off the route to Hana. The Google map did lead us to the wrong small side street; and since we are aware that possibility, we just U-turn back out and get back to the right street. We were there a bit there early and the room is not ready so we went to a near by sushi restaurant and had lunch. Perfect timing.”

“Cute little space, clean, nice bathroom. The kitchen had the basics but nothing more. Our biggest complaint was when we arrived, not clear instructions of how to find which building and unit was ours and it was soo dark, not much outdoor lighting. However, when I messaged the host on the app, I got a phone call within less than 5 minutes and he stayed on the line with me until we found our door and got inside! Great communication! “This is a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay at reasonable cost. Comfy bed. Parking is easy. That said, the facility is tired and dated. The unit I was in could use a few more dishes, and it would have been nice to have been provided a little salt & pepper. It was fine for my purposes as I used it primarily for sleeping. I appreciated how quiet it was. ”

Camera ampia e comoda, silenziosa, con ottime dotazioni (phon, frigo, macchinetta da caffè americano), bagno con doccia comoda e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Wifi veloce, per essere a Maui ha anche un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.”

“Rooms are very basic and need a deep cleaning. We had a lizard and a dead roach in the middle of the room. Furniture,lamps, door and windows were pretty dusty. Amenities not on a 5 stars level. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the outside areas, very relaxing and quiet. We did not have the time to use the pool or join any calssss.”

“Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again.”

“Abbiamo alloggiato per tre giorni in questa struttura e per tutta la durata del soggiorno non è mai stata pulita la stanza e cambiato la biancheria. Alla reception si sono rimpallati le responsabilità, infine hanno lasciato a noi l’onere di contattare il manager telefonicamente che ha riconosciuto l’errore e gentilmente ci ha concesso un late check out. ”

“Struttura che non corrisponde alle foto pubblicizzanti. Volevamo fare un bagno in piscina ma abbiamo rinunciato. Camera vista parcheggio. Struttura datata. Mare non accessibile. Schiamazzi e urla nei corridoi. Non ci tornerei, per gli stessi soldi si trova di meglio.”
