Cottage a Hailey

“This was one of the most upsetting hotel experiences we have ever had. We travel almost every month and often stay at Hilton hotels. We frequently book an extra night so we can arrive early the next morning instead of waiting until the afternoon. We have done this many times through Hilton and Expedia, and no hotel has ever canceled our fully paid reservation without contacting us first. This time, we paid for four nights instead of three. “Excellent property! We made use of the pool, hottub, free bicycles, and enjoyed breakfast. The bikes need a little maintenance and the heater in the hottub had an issue the last night of our stay but overall a great hotel and Carl was very helpful!”

“Beautiful townhouse, nicely furnished and equipped. Kitchen had everything you would need to feed family and friends. We will be back!”

“Amazing spot! The house was perfect and extremely well laid out, kid/dog friendly and pretty well equipped. Kitchen could use a few more items but that’s obviously a super minor issue and had zero impact on our stay! We loved it. Would def stay again. Also the communication was great and immediate. ”
