The homeowners and their family call this home ‘The Laughing Place’.

Beautifully decorated, newly refurbished (July 2022) 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom home inside the haven that is Calabay Park at Tower Lake - a premium gated community that offers the opportunity for strolls and view of water just outside your front door.

Please note. The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25-year-olds or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome!

This home away from home features a stunning fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stone counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The large open floor concept with a stunning high ceilings allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching a movie or dipping in and out of the private pool.

Master Suite 1. ‘Worldly’. Master King Bed Suite – Attached private full bathroom with very lark Walk in Shower with oversize garden tub (room for two!). Sleeps up to 2 adults



Upstairs (Floor 2)



Master Suite 2. ‘Waves’. Master King Bed Suite – Attached private full bathroom with shower over bath tub.

Queen Suite. ‘Hermes’. Queen Bed Suite – Attached private full bathroom with shower over bath tub.

‘Summer Get Together’. How much fun can the family have in this bunk room with 4 x Twin beds in a bunk setup. Sleeps up to 4 adults.



Each bedroom has its own TV. Cable is available in the main living area with smart TVs and high speed wifi available in all other rooms.

This home has its own private pool (heating is available as an optional paid extra- see below) covered outdoor sitting space and outside dining space.

Fully equipped laundry and high speed wi-fi are also included.

Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.

Optional pool heat is available for $40 PLUS tax per day and a minimum of $175 PLUS tax for a minimum period for additional days after this.

Heating can be requested for any length of stay with $175 plus tax being the minimum payment (which includes up to 5 days). We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about the latest grill options.

Entrance to Calabay Park is secured by gate.

The community enjoys the benefit of a fishing lake on the community.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is in Davenport, 7 miles south of the I-4 Highway and 15 miles south of the US192 (W Irlo Bronson Highway). The turning for Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is Bates Road, immediately past a Lowes DIY store on the left-hand side of the US27.

The US192 is where you will also find Orlando’s newest water park, Island H2o Live! which is just 20 - 25 Minutes away and Kissimmee Old Town, with its Fun Spot attractions at just a 20 - 25 Minutes drive from here.

Attractions on International Drive, including Ripley’s, Wonderworks and Fun Spot America amusement park can be reached in about 30 - 35 Minutes.

The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 60 - 65 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 65 - 70 Minutes away to the west. Florida’s award-winning beaches, including Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona and Siesta Key, can all be reached in as little as 95 - 100 Minutes from here

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.

ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, verify payment method where applicable, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).
