The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. If you like cooking, you’ll like this kitchen. Firstly, it comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, small kitchen appliances, kitchen gadgets, and more, so you’ll have no trouble putting together any meal you can come up with. It also has stainless-steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for up to 3 people, and views of the dining and living areas. If the breakfast bar doesn’t have enough seating, try the formal dining area. It has seating for up to 6 people. The living area has a modern theme to it, and it has two black leather sofas, a white leather recliner, and a flat screen TV. There’s also a little office nook in the corner of the room where you can set up a laptop. There are two sets of patio doors that lead to the pool area: one in the dining area and one in the living area. Step through one of these patio doors, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area. Community Details This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included).
