My kids, me and my parents enjoyed this property. We had almost everything we needed and the location was perfect. We loved the pool area!

Beautiful home, definitely felt safe, in turn slept good knowing we were in a gated community. Quiet. Home was clean and nicely laid out. Will definitely stay here again.

Not what you expect…No Privacy!!

The house did not have a homey feel both dining sets were very uncomfortable. The chair in the living room was filthy. They didn’t supply any washcloths or face towels in the bathrooms. The white towels were stained and old. I do not like the fact that this is a VRBO property and it is serviced by a third-party. The owner of the property cannot be reached. They should make a point of visiting their property once in a while the dishwasher hardly worked the washing machine ruined one of my husband’s shirts because it is hooked up incorrectly. If you wash something in cold the water is extremely hot. You cannot open any blinds in the house as you feel like you’re living in a fishbowl which makes the house feel very dark. they don’t have any filters on the water, so the water smells it just was not a comfortable stay. I had to move the couch out because the back of my earring fell under the couch, and you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned under there in a very long time it was disgusting. I also had a lot of issues with payment of the property and what they require you to produce. I will never book another VRBO property that uses a third-party.

Our Stay for 7 Day

Our check in and out process went well. But we weren’t provided a trash can which was the first problem we had. Then also the mattress weren’t that good too. The bunk bed mattress especially was super uncomfortable and awful. The water in the shower when you turned it hot had a bad smell too. But other than those things the place is beautiful.

Super Haus in ruhiger Anlage

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus in ruhiger Anlage. Wir waren leider nur 3 Tage dort, aber es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und alles war in Kürze zu erreichen (Disney, Supermarkt,...). Gerne wieder!

Exactly as advertised!

Couldn't ask for a better stay. Spent the month of February. Communication with the management company was great. Immediate response. Spotless ( and my wife is a clean freak). Pool was terrific. Would definitely recommend!

Upgrades will not hurt!

The toilet in the master bedroom needs to be fixed. It doesn't flush like it should. There wasn't no towels nor rags. But there was a note asking us not to use the linin in the closet because it's for the next guests. Well how the hell were we supposed to bath and dry off,plus dry off after using the pool? In one of the rooms it stated there were 3 beds, but when we got there it was only bunkbeds and 2 little chairs so my boys were forced to couple up in the bunkbeds. There are no tvs in the bedrooms only in the master bedroom. The blinds in one of the rooms doesn't even go down all the way so we had to put books in the window to keep people from looking in. The livingroom has a old dirty couch that needs to be upgraded. There are 2 tables in the house which to me is to much. One needs to go and be replaced with more seating for the living room. The kitchen needs better eating utensils plates cups and cookware. We only got in the pool 1x because it rained everyday 😒. The masterbed needs maintenance because is squawks badly. The fridge was dirty and the inside smelled. Other than that and the rain I guess I had a ok vacation.

Very disappointed

We were very disappointed in our stay at this location. We spent nearly 10 minutes just trying to get through the main gate upon arrival in order to access our rental. The security guard had a lot of trouble figuring out who we were and where we were staying. Be SURE to read all the fine print, as we did not realize heating the pool and hot tub was going to cost an extra a day (NOT included in your rental fee). On trash day I made a phone call to the receptionist and inquired as to exactly what was required of me in order to not be charged extra for trash service. She was extremely rude during conversation and hung up on me before I had finished asking her questions. This required us to call the receptionist back so I could finish asking the questions I had and she remained rude while talking to her. There were multiple documents in the house explaining what was expected of quests, however the documents contradicted each other. For example there were multiple dates for trash pick-up and multiple descriptions of what the quest was supposed to accomplish. Upon departure we realized we had left a valuable item in the house. We emailed the receptionist within 30 minutes of our departure and got no response. We then called the receptionist in less than an hour of leaving the rental and it was explained that we could send a prepaid envelope and the item would be mailed to us at home. When we called back on the next business day they denied the item was in the house or ever found. I asked for contact information to the individual who was waiting for us to leave the rental and was denied contact information. I also request information on how to contact the ‘professional’ cleaning company that cleaned the house and was denied this information. Needless to say we never received any information in regards to the missing item and it was never returned. All in all I would not suggest anyone to stay at this property as the information is misleading, the employees are not forthcoming with information and were very rude upon interaction. Spend your money elsewhere and READ THE FINE PRINT.

Great neighborhood property listed accurately

24hr manned guard gate made us feel very safe. Pool and hot tub are nice and well maintained. Would recommend paying for it to be heated. It is extra after your booking. Decent amount of towels and pots and pans for cooking. Well run by property management company.

Family vacation

House was nice but there wasn't any TVs in the buck bedroom or the queen bedroom the toilet in the master bed room worked when it wanted to only two of the burners on the stove worked but the kids enjoyed the pool

Basic

This house is updated and clean. Sparse on utensils and towels. The pool and hot tub function well. Not a lot around in regards to restaurants but it was perfect for us to hunker down in.

Fine for the money

Overall we liked the home. Wish the floors were cleaner...bottom of our sock were dirty. Also leave some cleaning supplies and a few more pans to cook with.... Had to use a wok and very large skillet to make breakfast for two! Pool was very warm with heater on which was perfect for the cool nights Just a little expensive to run heater so we chose to use it for one week. . Bed was comfortable, and we liked layout of home. For the money it was doable!

Great 3 bedroom home

Very nice home in a gated community. Only 5 minutes from Walmart. It was more than enough space for my family of 4. Kitchen supplies were adequate.. but could have a few more basic items like some mixing bowls, measuring cups and vegetable peeler. We paid for pool heat and it was VERY warm! Overall super nice for the price we paid!

Overall stay was great.

Overall our stay was great. I did have to get extra sheets out of the closet one night for my son and they were already dirty (White crusty spots) so I could not use them. This made me rip all sheets off the beds and wash them immediately. The laundry room had a really weird smell coming from it. The water is terrible/smelly. make sure you buy bottled water. The description of the pool/hot tub is very misleading. It said it was a hot tub and heated pool. I was not aware of the $30 a day charge until after I already booked the house. Other than that we had a really nice time.

Not what you expect -

The property was not great , the pool/spa is NOT heated even when you have pay the extra $$ to heat ( which was ridiculous anyway and misleading in the listing ) the toilet didnt flush right and the maintenance man said it needs to be replaced, but he cant do that . - the smoke detector churped all night - and the office closes early on saturday so you are stuck with your problems. I stayed at many properties in the past with great success , but this is not one of them . I would not recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay there but the people that look after the place should check the house between

clients for there where light bulbs out handles loose on cupboards and doors and mattress covers were not on the beds to protect the matresses also could use a few more dishes. I know these are small things but I think the owner would expect these things to be looked after.
