“Were too old ladies 66 years old we had to climb two flights of steps which wore us out. I asked the man if he could help us and he did. He was very nice. There was no furniture in the room much nothing to sit on except the bed. There was no coffee pot. There was no breakfast breakfast for the morning in the morning. There’s nowhere to hang the towels in the bathroom. There was just not a good place to say I would not recommend this place. I would like to get my money back if I could because I...

“It was an okay property. It's close to Disney and not as expensive. There was a situation going on when we arrived with police and an ambulance. The receptionist was not at the front and me and 2 other guests had to wait to be checked in. I ordered a room with a microwave and was told no rooms have a microwave. Don't pay extra for that since they don't have it. ”

“Property was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it was very noisy due my room was directly opposite the stairs, a lot of people noise late at night , plus the noise from the very busy US -192 .”

“Understood that it was self service like an Airbnb but there was not enough towels and I had to purchase more toilet paper because there wasn’t enough when we were staying there. The floors were dirty. ”

Had to some kind of legal document before checking in and when actually checking in the girl had to wait for another office to approve everything which took several minutes. The room was clean because it was just renovated but there was no closet, microwave wasn't plugged in and no where to plug it in. The door keypad beeped constantly. ”
