Room was spacious and designed like a safe haven- grand and luxurious, open to nature yet still feels cosy. Breakfast and dinner were the best we have had in Vietnam- rich buffet with excellent variety of dishes in the morning, and delicious set menu in the evening. “Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this...

“15 mins from airport, at the entrance of Haiphong, far from anything in the city unless you take a taxi 15 mins ride. Small bar on the ground floor with good snacks. Breakfast ok for such an hotel. Good size room. There is also an in-house "casino" not very crowded. For one night stay good option, even if a bit overpriced for the location”

“This cruise was amazing. The cruise had a maximum of 10 or 12 people - there was 6 of us on the day we went, so we got to know the other couples. They upgraded us to the better rooms so we had better views Food was amazing and plentiful If you wanted a cruise to ha long bay without a whole bunch of people being loud and cramping your style, this is the one!! ”
