“冬に滞在。設備は不自由しないくらいに揃っており、コタツまであり最高の癒しを提供。またピアノまであるので弾ける人がいると更に癒しの空間に。岩岳のゴンドラまで徒歩圏内で渋滞知らず。 スタッフは丁寧で文句なし。最高の滞在でした！”

“The condition of the cabin is super and as described. It is super clean and have all kitchen amenities available, probably more than my own kitchen. The check in process was smooth. The host was super fast in responding to email, usually an hour. We left behind a stuffed toy and they will help us ship to our hotel in Tokyo. Excellent service, highly recommended. Will probably stay in the same place next time to Hakuba.”

“The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”
