    Bedroom: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed. Air source central heating included. Patio with sitting-out area.. All properties: Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot available on request. Welcome pack. 10-acre natural un-spoilt grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds, 100 yards away.. Just off the picturesque tourist route, in the village of Ubbeston in Suffolk, you will find Green Valley, a lovingly renovated cluster of barn conversions, The Dairy (ref UKC1546), The Woodshed (ref UK10353) and The Cowshed (ref UK10354) all in the grounds of the owners’ non-working farm. With an emphasis on luxury, this is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, and the wood burner in each property ensures a cosy and inviting welcome in the colder months. Ideally located to enjoy all Suffolk has to offer, with the coast, countryside and culture all on the doorstep.

    Framlingham is home to an historic castle with its impressive moat, and offers pubs, cafés and independent shops to browse at your leisure. Southwold is only a short drive to the east where you can explore the winding streets that lead to the traditional seaside pier, and the brightly coloured beach huts that pepper the shoreline. Surrounding the cottages are fantastic walks and country pubs, waiting to invite you with open fires, comfy seating and a Suffolk welcome. Beach 15 miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 3¾ miles.

Loved the woodshed everything about it watching the horses come in every morning and the actual barn was so cosy and comfortable will be going again very soon

Adequate accommodation for a short stay. Good parking space and check in was easy.Reasonably well equipped (although only 3 cups), but let down by the garden furniture which was rotten (the wooden set) and rusty (the Bistro set).Not the cleanest accommodation we have stayed in. Lots of cobwebs and a previous guests slidders living under the sofa.The location was not the quiet getaway some guests had described. There is a working farm next door where work in the fields started at dawn, some road noise and if another guest puts laundry on at night which happened when we stayed, you can hear the washing machine and dryer which is at the side of the Woodshed. (There are 3 other properties on site)Nice welcome pack. Spacious bathroom and bedroom but beware of the sloping ceilings upstairs which we found quite hazardous. Think carefully before booking this place if you are tall.
