“It’s a no frills stay but the room is clean, quaint, and cutely decorated. Check in/check out are efficient. Perfect location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We hope the bar next door reopens soon. ”

“Room was decent, everything was clean. There is no parking. The parking in front is limited to 3 hrs and the next closest lot is another hotel. This should be noted or at least best parking in for should be added.”

“We had a great stay in the cabin. The hot water was a little scarce, but it was ok. The mattresses on the bunk beds could be thicker. Fine for kids. Adults not so much. Moved to the futon and it was fine. Bathroom lighting could be better. All in all, we enjoyed it and had a great time! The cabin was clean and the yard outside also. Well equipped kitchen. We'll be back!”

“I read several bad reviews about this place, but my family and I had a great experience. I knew going into it that I booked a 2-star hotel, so I wasn’t expecting a luxury suite. Our one-bedroom room w/kitchen was very spacious - like a small apartment - had all the amenities I needed, was clean, and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool quite a bit. Don’t confuse old with dirty. “Clean rooms, pool and and property overall. Steven at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. Their breakfast was very lackluster and lacking. Everything was so from a box and nothing made from scratch. We would have appreciated something besides premade waffle batter like bacon, sausage or eggs; however, the price was good. Hopefully Steven is paid his proper pay including overtime as he was stuck working around the clock as managers were out of town for several weeks. ”

“Great stay for the price! Old beach smell, but property has been updated with newer flooring, paint, furniture and bathroom is nice. We rented cabin 12, it is the last on one in the row. The cabins are out by the road and then a nice paved road (pretty short walk) and the main hotel is a short walk to the beach. The pillows weren’t bad and the bed was very comfortable. “The room was very clean; we were able to keep warm b/c the heater worked properly in combination with the ceiling fan. Would not want to be here at peak summer b/c there is no A/C. There was no coffee service or breakfast during our stay. They might consider distributing coffee makers to guests upon check-in; they hold take a c/c security hold, so why not issue coffeemakers? The tub drained slowly so that was a little annoying. Other than that, parking was right outside and property was quiet. ”
