Half Moon Equestrian Centre: Tour e Visite Guidate

Everything here was great except for the room cleanliness on arrival and the check-in process. Check-in is for 3 PM, but at 3PM my room was not ready. At 3:20 PM, my room still was not ready. At that point, I went to go eat at the buffet and returned at 4:30 PM to which my room was finally ready. When I got to my room I noticed the floor was not clean. It felt dirty walking on the floor, like grainy and make the bottom of your feet dirty. The tub was dirty as well. There were brown stains in the tub. Of course, considering my room wasn’t even ready until well over the time of check-in. I was shocked at the state of the room.

The rooms were beautiful just like in the pictures, the staff were the most wonderful and polite people you would ever want to meet. The swim out was beautiful and very convenient if I didn’t want to go down to the swim area also more private for the evening. Breakfast was also great, dining areas were clean and food was hot and omelets were made to order. I give this facility an 10 out of 10
