Super smooth check-in, super responsive host, very organized cottage, very well equipped, loved the kitchen, very clean, gorgeous views, amazing sunsets, great wildlife, Herons, otters, loons, deer, etc.. The owner and host have thought this out very well, to make your stay memorable and relaxing. Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy life to its fullest. 5 stars !”

“very steep stairs leading to rooms. Property is showing signs of wear and tear. We received emails regarding questions of access and connection to after-hours staff after we left!!! The room was clean and well stocked but showed its age. there is a much better option 10 minutes up the road for almost half the price. There are no extra amenities to speak of . Basically, there are only 2 options within the village and thus, this one is overpriced. Stay in Haliburton or Bracebridge instead.”
