Yes, you were located in the lower portion of the building, but you made a reservation with expedia during a time when we were extremely busy and had no rooms on our upper levels. Good Morning:Thank you for staying at the Garden South Park Inn. We're disappointed that you did not find your stay with us satisfactory. I wish you would've brought these things to our attention while you were here. We also explained to you that we no longer use the deadbolt system on our doors and they are all operated by keycard and lock as soon as they close. We have never had any security issues nor do we expect we will.Have a great day
