Hotel per fare shopping a Halifax

“For that price and name of Hotel we were expected better standards. Washrooms were awful. Outdated. Toilets didn’t flash fully. In bath tub we couldn’t close pug for bathing a child: shower didn’t work fully either. What a disappointment and waste of money! ”

“Woke up in the middle of the night with a mouse running up my chest. This place is kind of infested with mice - they’re in the common room, in multiple dorm rooms so switching rooms isn’t even a viable option, and they seem to travel through tunnels in the walls, leaving scratching noises all night and droppings everywhere. There doesn’t seem to be anything that can be done by them - the front desk just gave me some dryer sheets and said the smell repels them apparently. The kitchen is also near...

“We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)”
