“Everything ok, only the breakfast was really low average, sure a BW plus should make better!! ”

“The room was dirty. There was sunflower seeds all behind the headboard hair everywhere that wasn’t ours trash they said there would be a pool. The pool was shut down and staff made us wait until morning. Time to get toilet paper.”

“I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had cockroaches, the AC was broken, and there was trash left sitting in the hallway during our stay. It did not feel clean or properly maintained at all. When I discovered the roaches, I asked to switch rooms, but the staff said they were unable to accommodate us because the hotel was fully booked for Bottlerock weekend and there were no rooms available. I also requested extra pillows and was told they didn’t have any surplus due to the...

“Room had all kinds of damage done to it, the bed was uncomfortable, no mini fridge. Smelt like cigarettes and trash outside and all on the property. Your better off sleeping in a tent honestly. I wouldn't recommend this place to my anyone if I can help it.”

“Rooms are suppost to be smoke free and the room smelled like cigarrets and weed, no room cleaning or towels changed, the keys for the room never worked and has to go back to the lobby everytime and they acted like it was my fault.”

“Not sure if my room had not been used in a while because there was spiders and webs in the corner of the room. There was long hair on one of the towels and on the coffee maker. Dings and scratches all over walls. I know the hair isn't from me im bald”

“The refrigerator did not work. There was a puddle of water under it in the cabinet. They charge $17 per day to park which was not told to us until we arrived.”
