ApartHotel a Hallein

“Location molto bella, pulizia buona. Ci è dispiaciuto che il bar/bistrot della struttura indicato aperto su Google in realtà fosse totalmente chiuso. Bellissima la hall di ingresso con libreria e the”

“Wonderful position and design, unfortunately not marched by the level of service: when we did arrive, the shower was not clean. They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide. Hopefully, after some distress, one customer service agent (Kristzina) jumped in and took charge of the situation, providing...

“A 13 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, cercavamo una soluzione che avesse la lavanderia. Nonostante non ci sia una reception la gestione del check-in è semplice e in caso di problemi rispondo in tempi brevi tramite whatsapp.”

“Bella struttura in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, cortesia del personale ”

“The apartment was close to bus stops, restaurants and a small supermarket. The area was not too busy as was away from the main Salzburg tourist attractions. The apartment was very comfortable, with daily room service available. The bed was very comfy and we enjoyed the coffee machine. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with friendly staff and some fresh food cooked to order. We would definitely stay again.”

“Staff was very friendly and professional. We also received the guest mobility ticket in advance with instruction so we were able to use them throughout the trip. Laundry facility is available too. The room was neat and clean with improved bathroom.”

“I don't often pick five stars for all aspects of a stay but I really couldn't think of or find any fault with this property. It was as described. The apartments are spotless on check-in, the check in stafff friendly and helpful and the apartments are really furnished to a high standard. If I was to pick out one thing that had us a little anxious, it was the potential for setting off the smoke alarm when cooking. The location for our Summer holiday was excellent. We got to walk some trails,...

“Nicely renovated apartment with well equipped kitchen. Very friendly & helpful staff who gave excellent recommendations for close by attractions. On-site free parking & the hotel has wonderful Gasthaus too.”

“Struttura moderna, facilmente accessibile, camere ben riscaldate, doccia top”

“Il prezzo risulta particolarmente elevato per la tipologia di struttura, automatizzata e senza personale, le camere sono nuove ma con il bagno davvero piccolo e la struttura risulta invece ancora vecchia, colazione praticamente nulla con staff scortese, a metà del prezzo pagato sarebbe stato un soggiorno anche accettabile”

“Abbiamo alloggiato nell appartamento familiare: confort assoluto e ottimi letti.Assolutamente centrale, facilità di check in e out e ottima comunicazione sui vari step via wazzap! ”

“Property is in a residential neighborhood about 15 minutes by bus to the main part of the city. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen has only salt and pepper so come prepared if you intend to cook, but there is a coffee maker and tea provided. Bed was comfy. Free washer and dryer in basement which was wonderful. There is no elevator.”
