“The room was very clean and neat and staff was very pleasant. Parking was easy also. Breakfast needs a little modifying and maybe add some orange juice that’s regular orange juice and not out of a machine would be nice”

“The decor and furnishings are horrible. Must be 50 years old. TV not working at all. Great staff and breakfast but the room and bathroom are awful.”

“First room we had was dirty, the room we moved to was better but it is very outdated and they didn't have enough pillows to give us one for the pullout sofa. Smoke alarms went off at 1:45AM and we had to evacuate the building. The fire department determined it was a faulty smoke detector in one of the rooms. They have cameras in the hallways and the wiring is just stapled to the ceiling and the walls, the place looks very shady. We left after the first night, we were supposed to stay two...

“The worst thing was the hygiene of the food buffet and the service staff. They use the same gloves to serve the food, arrange the bread, mop the floor with a rag and pick up the trash from the floor. I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!! Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools. ”

“Our room was totally redone and was very omfortable and clean; we had a balcony with a nice view of the golf course; enjoyed breakfast every morning at the Baja Grill - they offered an extended buffet with many items to choose from and also had eggs or omelets cooked to order. AAWe had a very relaxing time at the pool and enjoyed the pool bar Latitudes. Overall we had a great time!”

“The hotel is surely nice, cosy and well furnitured. However I was a bit disappointed that the use of sunbeds at the beach ends at 5 pm...... The pool is nice but seemed three times its size in the pictures. Overall it was a good stay but at that price I would have expected more.”
