“Comfortable, fairly clean room, staff are very nice. Drapes are shears and had parking lot lights lighting up our room all night long. Shower could use Tilex to clean grout. ”

“I’m truly upset with our stay. I normally don’t complain and stay to myself but this was unacceptable. I had called to change my room from a king to a double double a month before our stay, we were assured of the change. Upon arrival today we found out that the change was not made and had to fit 3 adults and 2 dogs in what is not advertised as their king rooms. When entering our room our noses were filled with the strong smell of bleach, it was extremely overpowering and nauseating; our eyes...

“The staff at Best Western Corvallis was awesome and friendly. From the desk staff (Dana, Zodell and others) to the room cleaners (Isabel and Abraham), they answered all of our questions and took care of us during our stay. The rooms were comfortable where you could spread out on the sofa or on the bed. The breakfast was always hot and regardless of the time, you never felt like you were scraping the pans for that last serving. They kept it full even if it was five minutes to closing. ...
