“This is an excellent place to stay in a quiet and well maintained property. The hostess was so helpful with information about the area. We had a room with a double and single bed. Breakfast very good according to our request. The only minor issue is that the TV was too small for the size of the room. Having said that the fresh eggs from Muriel the hen was very tasty.”

“Ideally located for Hadrian's Wall walkers and next to Milecastle Inn, we enjoyed one night's stay here. Very comfortable and we would probably choose to stay here for several nights if walking the national trail again. ”

“We had a lovely stay in this apartment, very clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back. It’s very well placed for visiting Hadrians Wall. We travelled by train and found the bus service more than adequate for our needs. The bus stop is outside the apartment. Also there is a range of shops and eateries. On Wednesday in the market square there was a pop up rice van selling take away food.”
