Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a fine settembre 2018. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città. Vicino a Bus e Metrò. Pulitissimo. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e molto silenziosa e arredata in modo molto carino. Bagno grande e funzionale.

Uns hat es prima gefallen im 25h Hotel. Eine schöne Einrichtung, mal was anderes. Die Lage war super, um zu Fuss zur Elbphilharmonie zu gehen.

How not to treat a guest
I chose the hotel based on a recommendation from a friend. The room was large and modern, but as I turned on the shower, I had phone call and suddenly I see water flowing out from the bathroom and into the bedroom where my clothes for a business function was layed out. Things like this can happen but it was a very unfavorable situation as I was in a rush. I just had to put back on the clothes I was travelling in and leave for the function. As I left for the evening I told the receptionist that I expect that my belongings are moved to another room l which would be ready for me upon my return. The receptionist confirmed and apologized. When I returned that night the room had not been changed, but the housekeeping had sort of dried up the carpet to the best of their ability. On checking out the next morning i was quite frustrated and said I would expect not to pay (fully) for the night, as the hotel’s plumbing issues impacted my night negatively, and the hotel did not even bother to change my room even though having agreed to it on the spot. I did not pay as I left, but after a couple of hours i received an e-mail from the hotel saying they charged my card in full and they have no recollection that they promised to change my room, nor could they find any evidence of any flooding. Being mistreated and indirectly accused of lying, this will be the last stay at 25hrs.

Kein 2tes Mal.
Man wird vom Personal ständig geduzt, mag sein dass das für junge Menschen OK geht, für mich absolut nicht. Ich empfinde es als herablassend und unhöflich. Zimmer 240 ….. winkelig und extrem dunkel. Das Hotel ist sein Geld nicht wert. Positiv erwähnt ….. die Garage. Ist auch für höhere und grössere PKW‘s geeignet.

Very pleasant stay in Hamburg
We were only there for one night, wish it was more! The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Helped us book a night cruise and called a taxi for us in the morning. Great location for us as we wanted the night cruise and had booked a time for Miniature Wonderland in the morning.
Loved the welcoming set up of the room!

Not worth this amount money
I had some bad experiences during my stay at this hotel: The Wi-Fi signal was very poor in my room. I notified the desk and they promised to check but nothing has changed afterwards. The safe in the room was not working. The desk said they knew the problem but didn't offer any alternative solution to me. I had to carry all my valuable things with me all the time. There was a cooking oil smell in my room on the 2nd floor because of the restaurant on the basement floor. The breakfast was okay.

Super hôtel.
Très bel hôtel dans un ancien entrepôt (briques rouges) sur le port. Accueil parfait. Petit déjeuner au buffet très diversifié et très bon. Le bar est très agréable et on peut y dîner aussi.

Das Hotel in dem historischen Gebäude hat das Thema Hafenstadt bis ins kleinste Detail widergespiegelt. Herausfordernd sind die Wege im Hotel - man muss schon ein gutes Orientierungssystem haben, um dich nicht in den Etagen zu verlaufen. Unser Zimmer 141 war sehr geräumig. Die Beleuchtung im Bad könnte etwas heller sein und anstelle der Badewanne im Zimmer hätte ich ein Sofa besser gefunden. Sonst alles bestens. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal - egal ob an Rezeption oder Bar. Ich komme bestimmt wieder ins Alte Hafenamt😀

Sehr gut hat mir das Industriedesign des Hotels gefallen. Auch war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist excellence. Allerdings hat mich auf die Dauer der ständige Essensgeruch direkt aus dem Lokal gestört und mein Eckzimmer war trotz Heizung sehr kalt

Incredible hotel!!!
Hotel was a great find! Have stayed at many properties throughout Hamburg over the years and this one was by far...The best! Spotless clean, great staff and the attention to detail was second to none. Boiler Room bar and Neni restaurant are not to be missed while staying there. Haffen City is growing up nicely and downtown is a leisurely 10 minute walk. Highly recommended!!

Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Top Unterkunft in originell saniertem historischen Gebäude. Sehr gute ÖV -Anbindung mit U-Bahn und Bus. Gut gelegen für die Erkundung von Hamburg.

Forventninger blev desværre ikke indfriet
Personalet var sød og rart, desværre blev jeg taget imod af en som tydeligt havde svært med at udtrykke sig på engelsk. Ved checkout var kun en til at betjene. Lobbyen er hyggelig, men en ventetid på 20 min er lidt for meget og overraskende for et hotel af den standard. Værelset var ‘gemt’ lige ved siden af housekeeping, dvs fyldte deres store racks med sengetøj og håndklæder gangen og om morgen kunne man tydeligt høre arbejdsaktivitet- desværre ikke lige det jeg ønskede mig, når man betragter hvor meget en overnatning koster og formålet med opholdet. Vi havde ikke behov for at se byen. Sovepuderne var for små og bløde. Der manglede kroge eller afsætning for håndklæder. Elskede indretning og især værelset lignende et hjem, men prisen afspejler desværre ikke niveauet.

Schöne und originelle Unterkunft in der Hafencity, sehr gutes Frühstück, hilfsbereites Personal. Wer abends im Restaurant Neni speisen möchte, muss jedoch unbedingt reservieren.

Die Einrichtung war einzigartig, die Umweltinfo gut und nachvollziehbar, der Restaurant sehr gut, das Buffet auch. Das Personnel war sehr freundlich, die Räume waren gross, Die Lage war sehr gut. Es war ein sehr gemütliches Hotel. Leider war das Bad nicht optimal beleuchtet und es gab wenig Ablagen für die Kleidung. Aber im Allgemein war es sehr schön. Wir waren begeistert!

Lage des Hotels in der Hafencity sehr günstig. Praktisch vor der Tür fahren Busse in verschiedene Richtungen. Das Gebäude selbst sehr schön. Leider gibt es allerdings einige Minuspunkte die mich nicht animieren dort wieder wohnen zu wollen. Ich kam nach 15:00 Uhr an und mein Zimmer war nicht bereit. In der engen Lobby warteten noch andere Gäste auf ihr Zimmer.Mir wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Housekeeping sei heute nicht erschienen. Die Rezeption war freundlich aber überfordert, versuchte aber die Situation möglichst zu retten. Ich hatte ein Twin Bed Large Room gebucht. Am Ende bekam ich ein Double. Auch ok, aber es war nicht das was ich wollte. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, ein Fahrrad war im Zimmer aufgebaut. Dafür gab es nur ca.40 cm Kleiderstange und ein Ablageregal für die Kleidung. Für 2 Personen etwas knapp. Für Jacken gibt es keine Aufhängung, die müssen also mit auf die 40 cm. Sehr spartanisch, aber Hauptsache Fahrrad im Zimmer. Alles sehr hype dort, aber mehr Schein als Sein. Konzept nicht wirklich durchdacht. Im Bad alles ok.Der Knüller war dann allerdings mein Abreisetag. Morgens um 9:00 stand das Housekeeping vor der Tür. Man wolle aufräumen, da ich ja auszöge heute. Das Zimmer war allerdings bis max. 12:00 Uhr meins. Ich checkte dann missmutig aus und erwähnte den Housekeeping "Weckdienst" an der Rezeption. Mir wurde dann wörtlich mitgeteilt: "Ja die machen immer ein bißchen Druck, es kommen ja wieder neue Gäste an heute." Das ist insgesamt nicht 4 * würdig.
