Nice location a few minutes from the airport
I needed an accomodation close to the DLR, a few minutes from the airport, and Appartello was a very good choice. Very close, at a reasonable price. I only needed a night, and Appartello, as far as I understood, was more meant to be a long-staying place, in fact it looks a lot like a small apartement, very large room and Bathroom, it has a microwave oven and a minibar (only water in it, so it's basically empty and you can fill it the way you prefer). The room was new and very clean, there's a nice wall mounted flat TV with SKY sports for free, for those who are interested. Baggage deposit available, and personnel very friendly. Also the breakfast was available for like 9.99€ (continental) or pay-what-you-eat like, with coffee free.

The place was perfect for a small family. We used this as a final stop before leaving Germany, as it was close to the airport. It was clean, and they had REAL AC, which helped get a proper sleep. Something that we didn't get too much during our Euro trip. 5/5 all and all.

Room for significant improvement.
Arrived early Friday evening to discover that no bed linned were available. No reception, hence we had to pick-up ourselfes at neighbouring hotel. The room was extremely smelly, like somebody has left contaminated food there for month. Have had better experiences with with Appartello - this one was a complete disaster.! Would expect some kind of compensation.

The password for the Internet is very large on the Hotelbird Terminal at the login area. There, of course, you should also find the room cards. You are not the first one who can't find the cards, so we will do something better. Our reception is open from 7am to 2pm. We hope in the end that we will be able to welcome you again in Hamburg. Das Zimmer und die Unterkunft an sich war sehr sauber und sehr modern gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr mau, für den Preis haben wir da mehr erwartet. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect place to stay for longer-term stays!
Recently updated furnishings and lots of space for the room I booked. Room was also generously furnished with plenty of closet and cabinet space to settle in for the week I stayed. Very good sound isolation and rarely heard the presence of other guests. Had everything I needed and a well functioning kitchenette. The property and unit were sparkling clean, and I really appreciated their mid-stay cleaning which is not typical for apart-hotel accommodations. Great front desk who helped me with all of my business needs and enjoyed their 24/7 free coffee in the lobby. Located next to a Lidl and public transportation which was really convenient.

Top Appartments zum guten Preis
Ich habe hier vier Nächte verbracht und war alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und gründlich bei der Reinigung der Zimmer. Das "To-Go" Frühstück wurde pünktlich bereit gestellt und war frisch und lecker. Allgemein wirkt die gesamte Einrichtung der Zimmer und des Hotels im Allgemeinen sehr neu, gut gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lounge im Untergeschoss mit kostenloser Kaffeemaschine war sehr schön und lud zum Verweilen ein. Als einzigen negativen Punkt würde ich die Hellhörigkeit nennen. Gerade der Trittschall der Zimmer über und neben einem war sehr laut und auch den Fernseher vom Nachbarzimmer konnte man hören. Hier hätte ich bei einem modernen Hotel mehr erwartet. Auch die Entfernung zur Innenstadt muss einem natürlich bewusst sein. Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen. Die Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach für den Preis unschlagbar.

In a general perspective every was as needed. We would like to have more time of ours to enjoy the hotel but we were in a rush. Lovely building next to the airport. it was as presented. Happy staying there!

Große saubere Zimmer. Frühstück mit 12 € für belegte Brötchen und nur Filterkaffee zu teuer und am 2.Tag gab es wegen Krankheit gar kein Frühstück.

Am zweiten Tag Ihres Aufenthaltes konnten wir zwar bei uns im Haus kein Frühstück anbieten, es wurde aber die Alternative von uns organisiert zum selben Preis in unserem 4* Partnerhotel zu frühstücken. Wir arbeiten daran, es unseren Gästen an nichts fehlen zu lassen. Wenn Sie uns die Chance geben, Ihr Vertrauen zurück zu gewinnen, garantieren wir Ihnen, unser Bestes zu geben, damit Sie genauso gute Erfahrungen mit uns machen können, wie andere Gäste. Great value for money
Great accommodation. Not a hotel in the true sense of the word, more serviced apartments. Although that makes it better because the room is huge, very spacious and very affordable. Not a very exciting area but it’s easy to get to the centre of Hamburg and it’s very close to the airport.
