La vostra casa temporanea si trova in un cortile tranquillo. Si trova al 3 ° piano. Il luminoso appartamento di 3 locali è moderno, con 2 box deluxe letto a molla (2x2m e 1,60mx 2 m) e una grande U-divano letto (2 pers.) Attrezzata. Alla cucina moderna include una macchina da caffè Nespresso, bollitore, tostapane, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e una cucina con piano cottura in vetroceramica / forno.

L'ampio bagno è dotato di doccia.

Un televisore a schermo piatto da 46 pollici con cavo e accesso a Internet ADSL (WLAN) sono disponibili. Belle vecchie tavole di legno coccolare i vostri piedi.

Wir haben ein tolles Loft3 vorgefunden, allerdings war der Weg dirthin in der 3. Etage eine Herausforderung. Ganz steile Treppe. Doch der Weg zu diesem Hinterhaus war eine Zumutung. Da alles Baustelle war, gab es kein Licht, man musste sich mit Handytaschenlampe durch Bauschutt vortasten. Diese Infos sollte man virher bekommen.

Wohnung zentral gelegen. Tiefgarage auf Wunsch dabei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Man ist schnell an der Außenalster und mit der Buslinie 6 Richtung Speicherstadt. Die Wohnung ist groß und bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Kanal. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne woeder

We visited Hamburg from the USA. The area in front of the unit is under construction but it was fine because we were not there during the day. Just a slight issue getting in with suitcases. This unit was on the third floor, no elevator, did not find out until 2 days before arrival. That would have been useful in the information when booking. Grocery store right across the street and public transportation close by if needed. The place was very spacious compared to others, had everything you would need, had a WiFi issue on first day but that was quickly resolved with owner. Easy check-in and out. We would stay here again for sure!

Wegen der Baustelle war der erste Eindruck etwas zurückhaltend :-) Aber die Loft ist wirklich klasse und wir haben Aufenthalt und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr genossen. Falls wir wieder in Hamburg sind freuen wir uns darauf nochmals diese Loft zu wählen.

L’appartement est dans un vieux bâtiment au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Une route passante et bruyante passe à côté. Mais en plus nous avons eu la malchance d’y séjourner alors que l’immeuble juste à côté est en rénovation donc l’environnement est très bruyant et nous n’avons pas pu profiter correctement de notre séjour. Sinon l’appartement en lui même est confortable mais c’est trop bruyant pour nous

The apartment was in a great neighborhood in Hamburg and the apartment was good, but we did not anticipate (even from the description of the owner) that we lived on a construction site with a lot of dirt and sometimes inability to get to the apartment due to the workers and the cranes working. We even felt unsafe with have material being brought down from the roof above our heads. This was one of our 4 weeks of vacation per year and we would have chosen otherwise (less dirt, loudness, and disruption) since the price for renting the apartment is not minor. I would have hoped that VRBO would not allowing this kind of surrounding.

Da das Loft im 3. Stock ist, ist es nicht für Menschen mit Einschränkungen geeignet. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine gibt es nicht, nur mit Kapseln. Nicht mehr Zeitgerecht. Ansonsten schöne grosse Wohnung und gute Betten.

Wir waren über Silvester in Hamburg und haben die ruhige Lage am genossen. Die Anbindung an den Bus war sehr gut und die Restaurants in der Umgebung boten fantastische kulinarische Erfahrungen. Sehr zu Empfehlen ist das Mirou! Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig am Ufer der Außenalster in ca. 1h Spaziergang zu erreichen. Man hat dabei fantastische Ausblicke. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hatten eine gute Zeit in Hamburg.

Had a really good stay at this apartment for a friends trip in Hamburg. Don't let the house exterior fool you, the apartment itself has a very modern design with a lot of space. The location is wonderful too with a canal view, walking distance to the city park and good bus connections to the city centre. The house instructions were clear but the communication regarding arrival with the host could've worked better.

Uhlmenhorst ist ein Stadtviertel mit einer großen Vielfalt an Gastronomie und Kultur. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ohne Ende und mit seiner Binnenalster ein attraktiver Ort der auch für sportliche was zu bieten hat. Das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser/Kanal in dem sich die Ruderclubs anstrengen. Das riesige Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Bad mit WC, Waschbecken und geräumiger 90x90 Dusche kann man sich bequem bewegen, dank flachem Einstieg. Selbst in der kühleren Jahreszeit ist es hier dank Heizung immer angenehm. Charakteristisch der Dielenboden, welcher bei jedem begehen sein Alter Preise gibt. Aber das hat einfach auch seinen Charme. Die drei Stockwerke müssen über eine gewandelte Treppe erklommen werden und sind nix für körperlich eingeschenkte Menschen. Uns, wir waren vier Personen, hat das alles nichts ausgemacht und können das Loft nur bestens empfehlen!

Sehr gut gelegenes, schönes und geräumiges Apartment. Sehr saubere, gute Betten. Zuwegung sehr sandig und teilweise von Baufahrzeugen zugeparkt. Zeitweise Baulärm vom Vorderhaus.

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Es hat nach nassem Hund gerochen und auf dem Sofa waren Flecken. Ausserdem waren verschiedene Mängel im Holzboden zu sehen. Außerdem gab es Baulärm im Innenhof durch die Sanierung des Nebengebäudes. Dies stand leider nicht in der Anzeige. Nachdem die Vermieterin auf die Mail reagierte das das Sofa voll Flecken sei. Wurde dieses gereinigt und scheinbar auch noch mal durchgereinigt. Gesamteindruck. Es müsste etwas am Haus/ der Wohnung gemacht werden. Überprüfung der Reinigung vor neu Vermietungen. Evtl auch ein Fliegengitter im Wohnzimmers zum besseren lüften auch abens. Sonst war sie gut die Wohnung.

Bei einem Aufenthalt von sechs Nächten sollten es mehr als nur ein Set Handtücher geben. Die sehr steile Treppe ist recht gewöhnungsbedürftig und sich nicht jedermanns Sache; die Haustür und Schließanlage bräuchten dringend Renovierung.

Wir haben es genossen. Sogar sehr. Die Lage. Die großzügige Raumaufteilung. Wie sauber das Apartment war. Und ruhig, mitten in der Stadt. Man wird von Gänsen auf dem Fleet geweckt :-) Dass ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung stand - in Winterhude/Uhlenhorst ansonsten fast unauffindbar. Würden immer wieder gerne hier wohnen!

This property was close to our family. Has a large dinning and living area, comfortable beds and quilts. Very warm and snuggly. Would recommend this for families, easy walking distance and access to public transport. Was hard to find the entry as it is in the back. Other than that was perfect.

Schönes großes Apartment im 3. OG. Das Apartment war ausreichend gut ausgestattet und ausreichend groß für uns und unsere drei Kinder (5-11 Jahre). Wir haben Hamburg ausschließlich mit dem Bus erkundet, mehrere Haltestellen liegen ca. 5-10 Minuten (zu Fuß mit Kindern) entfernt. Aldi, REWE, Pizzeria, Sushi, Burger ... alles um die Ecke und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Nach einer mehr oder weniger anstrengenden Anreise mit zwei "kleinen" Kindern (5 und 6 Jahre alt) und einer kurzen Überraschung wegen des eher engen und alt wirkenden Treppenhauses in den 3. Stock (ohne Lift), war die Begeisterung dann umso grösser, als wir die super Loft-Wohnung mit moderner Küche betreten durften. Die Lage ist für weitere Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto mit eigenem Parkplatz wie aber auch Tripps in die Innenstadt mit Bus und U-Bahn gut gelegen. Abends erreichte man dann auch zu Fuss diverse Bars und Restaurants.

Das Apartment , war sehr schön eine Woche Hamburg konnten wir so genießen. Die Wohnung hat sehr zentral gelegen, bzw. mit Bus oder U-Bahn alles sehr schnell zu erreichen. Aber auch unmittelbar um die Ecke der Wohnung sind schöne und gute Restaurants und sehr schöne Boutiquen. Rundum war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Stadt HH

Das Loft ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Nachteil der Empfang von Fernsehsender war sehr eingeschränkt und es standen nur ein Streamingdienst über FireTV Stick zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin bemühte sich zwar, aber die Sender wie RTL, Pro7, Vox Sat1 usw. waren bis auf die öffentliche rechtlichen Sender nicht vorhanden Negativpunkt für uns war das im Übergabeprotokoll Dinge standen die nicht vorhanden waren oder nicht übgeben wurden. Man muss dazu sagen wir hatten nur Kontakt per SMS oder Telefon und nie persönlich. Finde ich persönlich Schade und sollte man ändern.
