All'arrivo non trovavano la prenotazione e si sono rivolti in modo spazientito. La camera era senza aria condizionata e senza un ventilatore in grado di sopperire le temperature. Non c'era neanche un mini frigo per poter raffreddare l'acqua. Al momento del check out hanno chiesto una maggiorazione di prezzo giustificandosi che la camera dataci era superiore a quella prenotata, senza che noi avessimo fatto alcuna richiesta in merito. Al nostro rifiuto di pagare hanno semplicemente risposto con un 'va bene così allora'.

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to evaluate your stay. I am sorry that your booking was not found at the check in, unfortunately this can happen if several bookings are booked on a the same name. Our hotel has no air conditioning, therefore we offer fans in all of our rooms. On request and availability a small fridge can be brought up to the room, if our guests request it at the front desk. You can also see this in the red information folders that are displayed on each room. For the inconvenience, I apologize to you warmly and hope that you would give us a second chance. Super gelegenes Hotel, Parkmöglichkeit war gegen eine relativ geringe Gebühr sehr gut möglich, Parkplatz mit Tesla E Lade Säulen. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, das war gegen 15€/Tag erlaubt. Am Empfang sehr freundliche, kompetente, mehrsprachige & sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Hotel Lobby , wirklich alles picobello sauber, chic modern, tolle 24/7 Self Service Mini Bar nette Sitzgelegenheiten, optisch ein sehr schöner Bar Bereich. Dahinter gleich das Restaurant Dort sind keine Hunde gestattet. Das Frühstücks Buffet kann ich sehr empfehlen, da ist für jeden was dabei es war frisch und lecker, und die Service Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr herzlich, man fühlt sich willkommen, auch an Tagen an denen wirklich sehr viel los war ! An dieser Stelle Einen herzlichen Gruß vom Bodensee an Steffi und ihr Team ! Sauna und Fitnessraum sind auch vorhanden. Da waren wir nicht Auch im Zimmer alles 1a Bei offenem Fenster ist die nahe AutobahnAnschlussstelle Stillhorn hǒrbar, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster war’s leise ! Das Badezimmer ist etwas “altbacken” war aber ebenso tadellos sauber! Alles in allem, Kann ich absolut weiter empfehlen!

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass nur ein Kaffeevollautomat für das gesamte Frühstück zur Verfügung stand, obwohl weitere vorhanden. Der eine Automat war für die zahlreichen Gäste nicht ausreichend. Ständig war etwas wie Trester voll, Wasser leer, Kaffeebohnen nachfüllen. Man musste immer das Personal bitten. Diese hatten schon genug zu tun. Unnötig, wenn weitere Automaten vorhanden sind. Das schafft Unmut fürnalle schon am frühen Morgen...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer, dass wir für drei Personen hatten, war leider etwas klein. Schade das die Küche und die Bar am Sonntag Abend geschlossen hatte. So war das auswärts essen gehen mit den Taxi kosten schon etwas kostspielig.

Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen .es roch nur etwas nach frischer Farbe daraus schließen wir das es frisch renoviert war .Leider war am Samstag den 09.03.24 das Frühstück nicht besonders gut ,die Brötchen waren aufgebacken u anscheinend im Ofen vergessen worden sie waren sehr dunkel und hart u beim aufschneiden hatte man einen dicken Klumpen im Brötchen .Man hatte den Eindruck, daß das Personal völlig überfordert war und auch die Tische nicht neu eindecken konnte geschweige denn sauber machen.

Obwohl das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, befindet es sich in einem top Zustand. Leider ist der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig und nicht im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen.

Ældre, men rent, dog lidt slidt Hotel. Lang indcheckningstid og de skal have blanket udfyldt mednavn adresse osv.. selvom de har alt info fra bestillingen... Fik først et andet slags rum end vi havde bestilt og vi måtte klage samt vente på den type rum vi havde betalt ekstra for blev gjort klar. Det der redder dem fra 1 stjerneret anmeldelse er venligt personale, tesla Supercharger på parkeringspladsen og en solid morgenmad.

Great customer service
Great customer service and friendly staff! The place was clean and cozy, and had all the amenities you’ll need. Great place if you come by car - I did not however, but there’s an hourly bus connection a few minutes away, and other frequent bus connection a 15 minute walk away, so overall definitely not poorly connected, but if you are unable to walk for long that would be worth taking into consideration. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it looked nice from the outside at least.

Super Hotel....Wir waren mehr als nur begeistert. Klar,die Zimmer sind nicht gerade auf den neusten Stand. Vorallem die Bäder ,aber alles ist sauber und diverse Extras auf den Zimmern.Wie zb.Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt, Zimmer gereinigt,Kaffee Tee mit wasserkocher und Wasser stehen zur Verfügung. Da wir nur das Frühstücksbuffet inkl.hatten,kann ich natürlich nur darüber schreiben. Tja und was soll ich sagen ....es war fabelhaft.Einfach für jeden etwas dabei ..Kaffee und Milch standen schon auf den jeweiligen Tischen. Obst,Gemüse,verschiedene Brötchen Brot Laugen Croissants,Käse,Wurst,Cremes,Süsses(nuss nugat cremes & diverse Marmelade)Cappuccino, Tees, Kaffees,Säfte. Einfach alles was das Herz begehrt und das ganze Personal war super freundlich und höflich. Wir werden auf jeden fall öfter kommen.

Das Hotel war gut besucht, aber dennoch waren wir zufrieden. Was jedoch störte (das Hotel kann nichts dafür), ist die in direkter Nähe gelegene Autobahn, die es unmöglich machte das Fenster offen zu lassen. Sonst war alles soweit zufriedenstellend, und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
