Nice hotel close to shopping and a train station
The hotel is nice and quiet with a comfortable bed and a little kitchen. Everything was clean and in good shape. There is a shopping center close by with a grocery store and other shops. The hotel is right next to a train station, where there are lots of trains, that will take you to Hamburg central station in about 15 minutes. All though the trains are near by, you don't hear them in the hotel room, when the window is closed. Check in and check out is self service, but it's very easy, and the staff in the restaurant can help you, if you are having troubles. Cleaning is every third day. The cleaning person came at 9.30, which was a bit too early for me. I prefer, that cleaning happens after I leave for sightseing. I just told him to come back later though, which he did, so it wasn't a big problem. Just a little annoying. All in all I was pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend to stay here.

Bin zum zweiten und sicher nicht letzten Mal hier eingecheckt. Die Lage ist für mich perfekt, da man sein Auto wunderbar im P&R abstellen kann und Hamburg selbst dann easy mit der Bahn erkunden kann, da der Bahnhof direkt zwischen Parkhaus und Hotel gelegen ist. Mag die Zimmer optisch und in ihrer Funktionalität sehr. Kleines Manko, der Kühlschrank brummt halt immer wieder mal, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Bei beiden Aufenthalten war das Bett sehr gemütlich und bequem. Die Fenster sind gut Schallisoliert, sodass man vom Bahnhof gar nicht so viel hört. Kann hier immer hervorragend schlafen.

Die Baustelle ist für An-und abreisende eher nicht optimal, aber eine Abhilfe ist trotzdem gegeben durch den Parkplatz beim Bahnhof,wenn was frei ist, oder die beiden Parkhäuser einmal beim PhoenixCenter und das andere hinterm Bahnhof 😊

Zu viele Mängel: erst Zimmerzuweisung zu belegten Räumlichkeiten im 3. Geschoss, Fernseher funktionierte während der gesamten Dauer nicht, Doppelbett zu eng für ältere Menschen, kein Parkplatz vor Hotel bei Schneefall, Zimmerservice erst nach 3 Tagen (kein ausreichendes Toilettenpapier) etc.

Personal leider sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Wollten für ein Doppelbettzimmer eine 2. Decke haben. Leider musste man dann lange diskutieren und bekam dann eine Decke mit schmutzigen Bezug. Bett war 140cm x 200cm. Fußboden war leider nicht sauber( als wurde nicht gewischt) und sehr laute Lüftung im Bad. Leider auch zu hören von den Nachbarzimmern. Der Rest des Zimmers war aber gut ausgestattet. Online Ein- und Auschecken hat gut funktioniert.

Check in und check out online erledigt, daher sehr diskret und unpersönlich. Ich würde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Hamburg Aufenthalt wieder buchen. Ich hatte alles was ich brauche. Es war auch sehr sauber. Zimmer klein aber ausreichend. Preis unschlagber günstig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund ums Hotel gibt es zu genüge. Verkehrsanbindung nach Hamburg ist perfekt sowohl mit der SBahn, als auch mit dem Zug.

Hallo , leider waren es ner unsrem nett dicke Spinnen weben und im Bad auf der Ablage über der Toilette , lag eine Rasier Kappe nicht von uns ! Leider mussten wir auch auf dem gegenüber liegend Bahnhof parken und noch ein Ticket für 20€ für 2 Tage ziehen leider sehr schade !desweiteren fanden ich es sehr schade das der Abzug im bade Zimmer sehr laut war und erst nach mehr als 10 Minuten ausging !

Den Tür-Code für ein Eintreffen nach 22:00 Uhr versenden wir immer per E-Mail unabhängig vom Ankunftszeitpunkt und das einchecken kann online übers eigene Handy erfolgen oder vor Ort an unseren digitalen Portalen. Bis 22:00 Uhr wären auch noch echte Menschen vor Ort ;)Wir wollen stets an uns arbeiten und bedanken uns daher für deine Kritik.

No parking on site but easily remedied by the nearby P&B parking garage. A quick and short walk thru the train station and all was awesome! The rooms are really great as is the roomy lounge! Construction is underway and blocks the entire entrance to the hotel. It has also created a hazardous and muddy mess! Definitely cannot be physically impaired/disabled to stay here until construction is completed! This is not the fault of The Phoenix and I’m sure the city will eventually finish this project! I feel the lobby staff was nice but not very helpful or accommodating to the guest, but I will chalk that up to youth and poor professional training. We had drinks in the lounge and while tasty, we waited for quite a bit for service and even longer for the drinks. Overall it was a great stay for my family. Will definitely check in advance for construction updates next booking. Super close to the train station and mall! 8/10 simply because of the horrible construction site at the fault of the city.

Mein Freund und ich haben drei Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Größe des Bettes reicht für zwei Personen vollkommen aus und die Lage ist wirklich super. Der Bahnhof ist einfach zu erreichen, daher ist man auch schnell in der Hamburger Innenstadt und neben an gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum. Zum Frühstück im Hotel können wir nichts sagen, da wir keins gebucht hatten. Die Küchennische bietet eine eigene Möglichkeit sich ein Frühstück zu machen, wenn man selbst entscheiden möchte um wie viel Uhr man essen mag. Zum Personal gibt es unsererseits auch nicht viel, da es ein Self Check In/-Out gewesen ist. Sollten wir ein weiteres Mal nach Hamburg fahren, ist ein Besuch im PHNX nicht ausgeschlossen.

Beim Check in gingen die Karten nicht um auf das Zimmer zu kommen.Mussten über eine Std warten bis es ging. Zimmer war vor dem Flur. Das heisst die ganze Zeit hörten wir die Türen scheppern. Rest war in Ordnung
