Wie immer sehr, sehr schön! Sehr zentrale Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, super Service, sehr freundliches und korrektes Personal. Zimmer auch wunderbar...hier und da ist es aber sichtbar dass das Haus 12 Jahre benutzt wurde...! Frühstück wunderbar!

Jævn oplevelse
Havde 2 overnatninger, og det var en jævn oplevelse. Sød og venlig modtagelse i receptionen. Meget almindeligt værelse, som slet ikke blev rengjort på noget tidspunkt. Deres Spa er ganske fint, og aften restauranten, som er en bøfrestaurant er også rigtig fin. Derimod er kvaliteten af morgenmaden langt fra pengene værd. Så alt i alt en femmer ud af 10:-)

Ordentliches Luxushotel im Zentrum von Hamburg. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es zwar ein paar wenige technische Pannen, aber insgesamt kann man das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Good hotel - service is terrible
The hotel is great, service is terrible. We travelled with two friends - stayed Friday-Sunday. Saturday morning, we could not get a breakfast table for 4 persons, 2 tables were "free" but reserved, we were told quite harsh. Saturday evening, we booked a table for 4 persons in the reception - for Sunday morning no problem. Then Sunday morning, the same waiter (Yara), told us is was not possible to reserve tables for breakfast, so she refused to seat us at a 4 person table. We really felt not-welcome - it was unpleasant. I reccomend the hotel, but find your breakfast somewhere else.

in die jahre gekommen…und schwierige kommunikation
also sauber und ordentlich. aaaaaber: am check in mit 8 jährigem sohnemann gestanden und dort wurde uns erzählt, dass spa bis 23:00 geöffnet hat. um 20:30 uhr wurden wir dann dort hinausbefördert da mit kindern nur bis um 20:00 uhr genehmigt ist…??? wiederum am checkin. ich meinte, dass ich gelesen habe dass stellplätze vorhanden sein. die rezeptionistin: na klar, geben sie mir den schlüssel , wir parken ihr auto und bekommen sie dann in zwei tagen wieder. ok ich hätte fragen sollen, was es kostet. aber nach zwei tagen eine 70!euro rechnung zu bekommen, dass ist schon frech. dann hätte ich mir den platz auch alleine suchen können… und na ja seit eröffnung wurde auf jeden fall nicht viel gemacht dort. noch ist es gerade so ok. in einigen jahren ist es abgeranzt! für 250 euro in der woche. schon ordentliche preise, da kann man über abgebrochenes oder spakiges schlecht hinwegsehen! und ich weiss jammern auf hohem niveau. aber eine dachterasse, die niedriger ist als alle häuser drumherum ist sinn los😜 so wird werden wohl nicht wieder kommen…

Very nice hotel with nice staff! Breakfast was great and the restaurant is out of this world (specially the fille steak). Had some technical problems with the room door, but apart from that, it is a hotel I'd recommend!

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man startet mit einem unglaublichen Frühstücksbuffet in den Tag, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben sogar glutenfreie Pancakes bekommen. Der Spabereich nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt rundet den gelungen Aufenthalt ab.
