Studio on Pierce ** Village of Hamburg

Located in the heart of the Village of Hamburg. Just a short distance from everything, including restaurants, Lake Erie beaches, skiing, shopping, downtown Buffalo and about 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. All basic amenities are provided: Plenty of Off-street parking, 50" Smart-TV, WIFI, kitchen including a coffee/tea station, stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
The space
Welcome to Hamburg NY! We offer a queen bed and convertable sofa, this home can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child for your getaway in western NY. Whether its for a Bills or Sabres game, concert, work/shopping trip, or to visit family and friends.

Bring your login for HULU, Netflix, Amazon, free channels, and more for the TV. Peacock is installed with free access.

The full kitchen is complete with a traditional coffee maker. Coffee, and condiments are provided. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining essentials to prepare a meal or have food delivered from some of the delicious restaurants nearby.

The studio is attached to a Victorian style home located in the historical village.

Less than 10 miles away is the Chestnut Ridge Park with hiking trails, frisbee golf, volleyball, Toboggan hill, tennis courts, a playground, and more.

You will have the entire unit to yourself! We use an electronic door lock so you can come and go as you please. Makes check-in and check-out simple.

It was a very clean, nice apartment. The word studio used in the description was just not well explained. We did not realize there was no bedroom. It was all one big room. The only seat to watch tv at night was a couch in front of the bed and it was not very comfortable. I still would recommend this to others as it was very clean and quiet.

We arrived at 10PM after an 8-hour drive. We had access instructions for a door lock mechanism which required a code. Turns out there were THREE entrances to what looked like an empty house with little lighting. No instructions for which door or which part of the house was to be ours. We tried the access boxes a few times then gave up. We were lucky to find a nearby hotel room. The host would NOT give us a refund. NEGATIVE NEGATIVE NEGATIVE

Cute, small studio apartment. Everything we needed and more for a long weekend! Quiet, beautiful neighborhood complete with bunnies in the yard! Comfy bed, big TV with easy to access channels and streaming services. Loved it!

Cozy

This is a great place for a single or couple!! Clean and absolutely as described / photographed. It is an easy 15 min drive over the Highmark Stadium, or whatever it may be called by the time you read this. There is parking on a quiet side street, a private entry (make sure to read the lock closing instructions), a enclosed porch landing area, well equipped kitchen. Please note the sleeping / lounge / TV area is down a small flight of stairs (8?). I was there during a cold spell and the window air conditioner was still in, so was drafty, I fashioned an air block from some throws. It would benefit from either winter removal or air block panels cut from blue foam insulation (which I would have bought and installed if I had the time.)

Cozy home

We enjoyed our stay. Studio is attached to the backside of the main house, I missed that detail when looking through the listing originally but was able to navigate easily when we arrived and with check in details from host. Everything was clean and in working order when we arrived.

Weekend getaway with personality

Nice homey and very clean place to stay while visiting the area. Convenient check-in and close to everything in town. Good kitchen for meals. Great place for 2 people!!!

Excellent

We never stayed in a private rental before. We brought our own linens, towels, forks, spoons……you get the picture. The host fully stocked the unit with everything. We wouldn’t have needed to bring a thing…. Except our pillows. Excellent safe location. Very cute unit. If in Hamburg we will definitely stay here again!

Reunion stay

The host quickly responded to a previous review and repaired the entrance steps. The kitchen isn’t setup for shorter people. I recommend supplying a small one step folding step stool. The apartment is clean and in a charming area.

Cute - and very clever design overall - small but everything is there. Well equipped for short stays. Watch yourself near the front door grab bar - the mounting screws stick out through the wall inside. Great little "tiny home".

First of all thank you for letting us use your facility. I usually do not give negative comments, but some things really need attention. Stairs in unit were a problem for 80 year olds during the night. Front entrance steps need to be replaced. Steep and in bad shape. Enjoyed the coffee (decaf not available) and all extras supplied. Shower was super tiny and we are not big people, but there was shampoo, etc. available. All in all the location was perfect for our family reunion Thank you.

Great location

Location in a nice area that is convenient to local restaurants, shops and walking areas. It was the perfect spot for a short stay. The only downfall is the TINY shower, but it had been reviewed before so it wasn’t a surprise. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property!

Very nice studio with all amenities you need to cook and relax. Right in the heart of the village and great for getting to Bills game…avoiding all the traffic coming in from the north.
