The Accommodation
This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the first floor of a new building (2022). The entrance is located in a secluded courtyard at the rear of the building.

You enter the apartment directly into the living area at ground level.

In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable right on the beautiful couch in front of the smart TV. The couch is a cozy, multifunctional sofa that can be converted into a bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. From here, you can step out onto the comfortable terrace, which also features a small table with two chairs.

Through the large windows, you’ll find a beautiful, bright apartment.

The living area also features an open, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher.

The dining table for four is the perfect place to start your day. I’ve put together a small selection of different teas for you, and the first cup of coffee is on me.

The living area and the separate bedroom both feature beautiful solid wood parquet flooring, so you won’t have cold feet even in winter.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a beautiful, timeless dresser with plenty of space for all your outfits. You’ll sleep in a 1.60 m x 2.00 m double bed. The bedroom also has direct access to the courtyard.

The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower offers plenty of room for your morning routine.

Bedding, towels, and a hair dryer are also included.
You can also use the Wi-Fi, smart TV, and Bluetooth speaker.

To wear your favorite outfit more often, a washing machine and dryer are available in the separate utility room.

Additional Important Information
The tourist tax, bed linens, and towels are included in the price.

Lost and found items can be picked up free of charge at our central office in Hamburg or shipped for a flat-rate handling fee of 20 euros plus insured shipping costs.
