“Nice room, nice location but lost power and couldn’t get ahold of front desk. While calling I was routed to a call center who recommended I visit the front desk. When power came back on alarms and flashing lights went for a bit. Whole situation went from about 2-430. Probably would’ve been fine but we didn’t sleep and it left a bad taste.”

“When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe.”

“Sparkling clean room, large great shower, convenient location. Our check in guy looked rumpled and was without a nametag. No hand soap in our bathroom so when I called guest services I was told I could come down to the front desk to get it. So, not the best service.”
