“While the Sonesta in Chattanooga appears clean, my recent stay was a complete failure in hospitality and basic guest care.
Upon discovering that the toilet flooded the bathroom floor every time it was flushed, I immediately requested assistance. I was assured maintenance was on the way, but after three hours of waiting and multiple follow-up calls, I was told no one would come until the next day—and that no other rooms were available to move me to. I was forced to use all of my clean towels...

“When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe.”

“Sparkling clean room, large great shower, convenient location. Our check in guy looked rumpled and was without a nametag. No hand soap in our bathroom so when I called guest services I was told I could come down to the front desk to get it. So, not the best service.”
