The area is largely agricultural, with many dairy farms and green pastures. It is a truly beautiful part of NY State and we were very much looking forward to getting back there to visit. “We loved our stay on Trout Lake! Check in was easy and as described. The kitchen was well-stocked and nicely set up for meal prep for our group of 7. We enjoyed the bi-level deck with a large table and chairs for 6 on both levels. The inside common area was plenty spacious for the one rainy day we needed to be indoors.
