Beautiful house that is remote but close to grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. We'll equiped kitchen and large dining room table for family meals. The WiFi was OK and the hosts have tried to address with two providers to choose from. I was able to work from the house all week with minimal bandwidth issues. Hosts are responsive to questions.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed the house very much and location was great. So roomy, loved the pond and the zip line was a huge hit! Had so much fun finding shark teeth in the driveway! Distance to the beach was great. Would def stay again!

Great property and gathering spot for all.

This property offered everything we needed. The home accommodated our out of town guests and was perfect to host a surprise party, which included local friends as well. Off the beaten path, yet close to all the shopping required for the event. All questions answered with a timely response, all instructions accurate and easy for check-in and check-out. Highly recommended for your next special event.

Family Christmas

This property worked perfectly for our family Christmas this year. House was clean and the kitchen was so perfect for our needs. Loved having two washer dryers so each family could do their laundry. Location was close to grocery store and near surf city, but was closer to other homes than expected due to the listing info. Overall great experience.

Great Location and just a pictured

We booked the house for Thanksgiving. I mainly booked this particular home for the professional stove/oven which ended up being a disappoinment. The two side ovens didn’t work at all and the primary oven was very off in temp. It took 6 hours to cook our turkey which should have taken 4. The owners gave us the code to use the separate oven in the detached garage apartment but that wood have been very hard to monitor with everything else I had going on. I found a crock pot and a warmer so we were able to pull it off but it was much more challenging than it should have been. Note there is only one small television in the entire house and it isn’t a smart tv. The WiFi is really slow so we weren’t able to stream movies which is something we enjoy when we get together. If I could add feedback, I would say that the windows in the back master bedroom need to be covered. No one wanted to sleep there because the windows are wide open and it made everyone uncomfortable. My 6 ft son ended up using the day bed and not the master for that reason. The house is spacious and was set up perfectly to host Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the location which makes you feel like you are way out in the country but you are very close to food/stores. We enjoyed the fire pit, had a successful Thanksgiving meal and had a great visit! The owners were sweet and attentive.

Great house

The property and the house was very nice and secluded however, communication with the property host was terrible. Very slow to respond. Hoffman had to call two and three times. The home did not have any soaps as promised the fireplace inside. The house did not work. The barbecue grill was very dirty. We didn’t use it, and there was a very limited supply of trashcan liners, which we had to purchase in order to be able to keep the cans sanitary

Beautiful House!

We loved the house! It's an amazing open concept house so perfect for entertaining. The only issue was finding it. It is off the beaten path but the setting was private, pretty and so worth it!
