Posizione perfetta per Hamptons!
Vicino alle spiagge della baia e dell'oceano, frutti di mare freschi, mercati degli agricoltori, equitazione, sport acquatici, pesca, parchi. Avrai accesso rapido e facile a tutti i punti di interesse sia in Hampton Bays che negli Hamptons in generale!

È un cottage in stile Ranch completamente arredato con 2 camere da letto + una terza camera da letto / ufficio (con letto singolo). La casa dispone di 2 bagni (1 bagno completo, 1/2 con lavatrice / asciugatrice + doccia esterna).
Include 6 letti (biancheria da letto inclusa), per 7 persone come segue:

* Camera 1: 1 letto king size in California con bagno completo, cabina armadio e accesso diretto al patio.
* Camera 2: 2 letti a castello (3 gemelli, 1 pieno sul fondo = 4 letti). IL LIMITE DI PESO SUPERIORE DEL LETTO A MOLLA È DI 150 libbre !!! Il mezzo bagno è attaccato con una lavatrice / asciugatrice.
* Camera da letto 3 / ufficio: 1 letto singolo.

La cucina è fornita di articoli da cucina e da pranzo.
TV a schermo piatto, cavo di base e Wifi, lettore DVD.
Patio ha mobili da giardino e una grande griglia a carbone.
Bel cortile grande e livellato per giocare e correre.

-A piedi 100 piedi a Shinnecock Canal è ottimo per la pesca (basso, passera, granchi ecc. Porta canne da pesca e mangia la tua cena!).
-Spiagge più vicine: le spiagge GRATUITE si trovano su East Landing Rd e una piccola spiaggia semi-privata alla fine di Sunset Ave, vicino alla fine del canale Shinnecock.
-Incrocio dal canale si trova la spiaggia di Meshutt, a soli 2 minuti in auto. Circa $ 20 per il parcheggio. È un'ottima spiaggia per famiglie, la spiaggia di Meschutt ha un ristorante completo (anche cocktail!), parco giochi e musica dal vivo.
- Spiaggia di Ponquogue, 7 minuti in auto. Bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca con un bar e noleggio di sedie a sdraio! Circa $ 20 per il parcheggio.
- 20 minuti in auto dalla spiaggia di Shinnecock Bay
 - 2 minuti in auto dalla stazione ferroviaria
 - breve 2 minuti in auto dal centro (negozio di alimentari di King, Macy, negozi locali ecc.)
 - 8-15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Southampton, Quogue e Westhampton
 -20-30 minuti di auto da Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor e East Hampton (40)
 -20-30 minuti di auto dalle North Fork Wineries, dal Tanger Outlet Center, dall'East Hampton e dal Riverhead Aquarium!

Le utenze sono incluse (elettricità, gas, cavo, acqua, rimozione dei rifiuti, architettura del paesaggio) per affitti a breve termine, tuttavia, verrà applicata una tassa di pulizia di $ 120 a tutti.

House is nice, but has ants. Also had no hot water the first day. Was fixed that day, but had to take cold showers to get ready for a wedding.

Overall ok. Excellent location. We were 4 adults who enjoy cooking. Kitchen was small and missing some basic equipment. Unfortunately we found dead bugs in pots and there were some bugs and ants inthe cottage. We requested a swcond kitchen garbage bag in order to take trash oit and were told that theyonly supply 1-2 bags. The test we would have to purchase. We were not aware of this. There wasnt sufficient toilet paper napkins or paper towels for our 3 night 4 day stay.

Our family of 4 stayed at this beautiful cottage while visiting family for the holidays. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My husband and I have orthopedic issues so a comfortable bed is very important for us. I enjoyed the walks to the nearby canal. While it was winter, we would like to stay during the summer to enjoy their outside shower after a day at the beech and a bbq in their backyard. They are located only two minutes away from Meschutt beach. We’ve Enjoying this beech for years with our kids and is great for the little ones. It has a nice family atmosphere and on the weekends has great family friendly bands that gives it a tropical vibe while eating lobsters and clams from their “snack shack”.

Perfect location to access to everything the island has to offer and about an hour 1/2 from NYC. Nice quiet area within walking distance to the canal. Several beaches nearby also. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great week at this property. The house was well appointed and had everything you need. The house is clean and the property owner was responsive to questions we had such as garbage pick up and check out. We were near the Shinnecock Canal, and 2 of our favorite restaurantss, Cow Fish and Canal Cafe.

We enjoyed our stay at Kadri’s cozy little home at the Bays. You can’t beat the location - 2 mins drive from Meschutt beach where we spent most of our time Kadri offered detailed suggestions and recommendations which helped us get acclimated. While the house was a tad small for 8, we soon adjusted as there is a patio and we did spend most of the time out of the house on the beach. Would recommend!

The house is darling and just what our family of four needed. We loved leaving the front and back doors open so the cross breeze cooled the house (but AC was there when we needed it). The yard was a hit with our city kids, especially the hammock swing. We brought our bikes and enjoyed going right out the back to the fishing marina parking area for our little ones to practice safety, while watching boats go by. Otherwise, not much walking distance but tons of options within a short drive, including great local restaurants in Hampton Bays and further j to the Hamptons (higher end). All around, a great value and great spot.

The house was perfect for our family of 4's first trip to the Hamptons. The location is an easy very short drive to either Bay beaches or ocean beaches. Adults could walk, but it would involve walking on busy Montauk Hwy. We were out and about the whole time, but if you are two families or two couples, the house would probably be too small for you. Super comfy beds!!

We had a nice stay at this property. It was easy with 2 little kids and 2 adults. There were toys for the kids (inside and outside) and it was equipped with everything we needed to eat in when we wanted to. The backyard was nice and this house met our needs.

Overall experience was good. The host Kadri is awesome and friendly. She happily allowed us an early checkin and late checkout. Offered a lot of tips on where to eat, beaches etc etc and is very responsive. The house is cute and has a nice flow. The master room is reasonably sized. While there is an outdoor shower the house really needs a 2nd indoor shower. It was hard for the 4 of us to manage with one indoor shower. There are some minor fixes and a bit more detailed cleaning that can really enhance this place even more. But for the price I would say it’s a great steal. Everything else in the Hamptons that can accommodate 2 couples would be double the price. Location is pretty good. Very close to train station. About 25 min drive to the north folk wineries. About 20 minutes drive from Southampton’s. 15 min walk to Meschutt beach which is lovely.

The residence was located in a great location just a short drive to the beach and shopping... The residence was clean and the yard was well maintained.. We gave the residence 4 stars because the living room couch was uncomfortable and appeared to be dated.. The beds were not very comfortable, but were tolerable.. Owners were prompt on replying to questions via email. I would book again in the future.

We had a great time in this cute rental house which was perfectly located to visit the best places in the Hamptons. Our two children enjoyed their bedroom with bunk beds and toys, they also played soccer in the garden. The decoration is very nice and makes you feel comfortable and at home. It is very well equipped with everything needed to cook. The beaches around were beautiful, we went to Ponquogue and Tiana that are clean and quiet. The shops are 5 minutes by car... in summary we would be glad to come again!
