“This is my spouse & I’s 2nd time going through Manie & Leslie to stay over for the holiday weekend for our deep sea fishing trip & to visit some family!! They’re amazing hosts!! Always checking in to make sure you’re having a good visit & that your stay with them is going ok!!! Such an adorable cottage *cutest decor*, very clean & within walking distance to the beach/Hampton beach strip.We had such an amazing time & can’t wait to book another trip with them!!”

“The location was directly across from the beach. The room was clean with a nice view of the ocean.
We ate two meals in the restaurant and both times we had to send back one of the meals from our group because it was not as ordered. Other meals were ok.
Very disappointed with the resort fees for chairs and umbrellas. We did not use these but still had to pay the fees. We had to pay the resort fee even on the day we checked in, but we were not allowed to check in until 4:00 PM unless you wanted...
