Casa con 3 camere da letto (7 posti letto) nella sezione esclusiva dell'isola di Hampton Beach. "NOT A BEACH COTTAGE"
Il check in è sabato alle 14:00 e il check out è il sabato successivo alle 9:00. Situato a pochi passi dall'oceano! La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto; La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un bagno privato con doccia. Le altre due camere hanno letti full size. Il soggiorno è spazioso con divano letto / sala da pranzo estraibile, 1 bagno completo (vasca) e 2-3 / 4 bagni (doccia). Tutta la casa ha pavimenti in legno e tutti i bagni hanno pavimenti in piastrelle. I ripiani in cucina e tutti i bagni sono in granito. Gli armadi da cucina sono in acero con dettagli incantevoli. I condomini hanno aria centrale, 2 ponti; ognuno fuori dai salotti e dalle camere da letto matrimoniali, entrambi con vista sull'oceano! La spiaggia di sabbia soffice è letteralmente a PASSI di distanza. La spiaggia si trova proprio accanto all'Hampton Beach State Park. La lavanderia automatica e un negozio di generi alimentari / gas si trovano dall'altra parte della strada per le vostre esigenze. Deposito cauzionale richiesto. Case per non fumatori. Non sono ammessi animali. Due griglie a gas e tavoli da picnic si trovano nelle aree comuni. La doccia esterna è anche nell'area comune. Completamente applianced per tutte le vostre esigenze. Parcheggio per 3 auto in totale; con un garage per 2 auto sotto. Niente di lussuoso come questa casa nella zona e una strada molto tranquilla. Porta lenzuola, federe, asciugamani e articoli da toeletta. Deposito cauzionale richiesto per il soggiorno.
Abbiamo 2 unità in affitto.

The house was just like it was listed. There was plenty of room to spread out and have your own space, 3 bathrooms was a huge plus when there’s 6 adults. We enjoyed the balconies for outdoor time. The gas grill was convenient too. Best of all was the short walk to the beach! In addition to all these benefits is 3 parking spaces and air conditioning! Great property!

This is our second time at this property so we knew what to expect. The location is excellent being on the beach side of Ocean Blvd. Due to storm damage the beach was narrower than usual this year. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to the seashell and casino area. The property is quiet and comfortable.

Listing is accurate. Clean, open, spacious. Easy walk to the beach a few hundred yards down the dead end street. We recommend watching the fireworks on Wednesday night from the beach near the house. Avoid the crowds. Very convenient. 10 minute walk to the heart of the boardwalk. Garage parking is very unusual at the beach, but handy. Balcony was great for evening relaxing. Owners are around and checked to make sure everything was OK. You can tell they care about the property and guests. Our only recommendation is sunblocking curtains as the sun really comes into the bedrooms early each morning. Would be great to have a washer/dryer I. The unit but we understand why there isn’t. Overall great week at the beach with grandkids.

We had a relaxing week of vacation at the beach. This townhouse is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and also an easy walk to the boardwalk. It was very clean and spacious. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. We loved the proximity to the beach and the walking distance to the boardwalk area while maintaining a peaceful quiet atmosphere by the townhouse. Our only disappointment was not knowing we needed to provide our own beach chairs.

Great beach house, great location and was better than so many beach houses in the area. Think the only downside is check out is very early 9am. I think even 10am would have been best. I would certainly recommend staying here.

Property was very clean for Hampton Beach area, I've stayed in a couple of rundown places only for a night or two but this was nothing like your normal place. The neighborhood was very quiet and Georgia was amazing, she was right there to take care of our small issue with the cable connection. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family vacation. All you really need is food, sheets, towels and personal items as everything else was there. I was able to clean before we left due to many cleaning items supplied. Thank you Georgia for a very relaxing, stress free week away from home. An outdoor shower is available to wash the dirt off before going in if needed. 2 grills are supplied but we never did use these, maybe next time. I suggest you fold your mirrors in before entering the garage as it is a tight fit but we were able to park 2 cars and there was still room in the driveway for a third when needed. We all would definitely recommend this property and property manager to anyone looking for a stress-free relaxing vacation. So glad it was smoke free too.
