We have been coming up for 4 years now and have never been disappointed. The checkin process was a breeze, the room very clean and ready for our arrival. Being pet friendly is a big plus as well. Parking was easy and well laid out. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay at the beach. 5 out of 5 stars.

Great location, easy parking, quiet, under 1 minute to the beach, easy walk to the band shell, host very responsive to questions, will stay again.

It was clean and a/c worked well. The walls are paper thin and we heard the neighbors arguing horribly when we were tired and just wanted to go to sleep. We ended up going to another hotel which was a better price for a larger room.

A perfect little beach oasis

This place was everything we expected and more. Cleanliness 10/10 and bed was super comfy. Steps to the ocean and very close to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. It was a perfect little beach oasis.

Hampton Beach 2024

We had a great time with our 2 dogs. Place was perfect for us. Super clean with great communication from the host. Cant wait for doggie vacation 2025.

Couldn't ask for anything better!!

This was the perfect Hampton Beach visit because of the wonderful place that we stayed. The location is perfect, very clean and quiet. Our host was very easy to communicate with if needed. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!! Thank You for everything!!

Room #5

The room was very clean. There was a working fridge which came in handy. The bed was very comfortable. There was an air blower over the bed which kept the air fresh. The hotel room was across the street from the beach. All the shops and food places were right down the street.

Location is good. Ease of check is in good. Small room but has what you need. Parking is easy. Unfortunately, unlike other reviews we did not find this property to be clean. There were hairs on some of the towels and pillows upon arrival. One pillow also had a blood stain. The property is listed as non smoking and while I believe it’s not smoked in currently, there is a lingering smoke smell that is covered up by air fresheners so if you are sensitive to smells, this is probably not the place for you. We chose to leave and find a new place to stay and asked the host to refund us for one of the nights, he refunded the cleaning fee but was not super kind to work with. Overall, wouldn’t book again.

Quick visit to Hampton

We came to Hampton for a memorial service and just, basically, needed a place to sleep. This unit was very small but perfectly adequate. Not really close to the strip, but right across the street from the ocean. We enjoyed the small deck although you're just looking at a parking lot. Room was clean. Had a coffee maker, a microwave and a dorm type fridge.

Hampton 24

The property was as expected. Owner was responding quickly to any questions. Some other guests were louder at 1am then we would have liked and could have better parking skills. Otherwise we enjoyed the weekend. A suggestion where the old cabins are maybe a small fire pit area with some seating would be nice it was nice with all the birds back there. Also a full length mirror behind a door would be helpful. Have a blessed day Thanks again Lol I should get a job there teaching all the guests how to use your key pads. Assisting 4 guests out of 7 lol it was pretty funny they all had a few too many cocktails. I

Amazing Beach Getaway!

We loved this rental! This is our second time in Hampton Beach and we wanted a rental closer to the beach and boardwalk. This place was perfect distance to the beach and a short 10 minute walk to the boardwalk to all the shops and restaurants. It’s also a bonus that it is pet friendly and we brought our dog. Our dog also had a great time going for long walks with us and going to the beach. This rental had everything you’d need in the room- dishes, dish soap, sponge, refrigerator, microwave, keurig, towels, paper towels, toilet paper. The only thing it doesn’t have are beach towels, however, that wasn’t an issue with us because we brought our own. A small detail we noticed was there wasn’t a hand towel rack by the bathroom sink, but that’s not a deal breaker. Also appreciated there was a broom and dustpan for use to sweep up sand from our beach visits. Host was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a weekend get away. We will definitely be back!
