  • Rilassati in questa casa sulla spiaggia splendidamente rinnovata con 3 camere da letto e 1 bagno. Sono previsti 3 posti auto di fronte alla casa. Questa è la posizione perfetta, è una bella passeggiata al Casinò e gli spettacoli notturni all'aperto gratuiti al Sea Shell (esattamente un quarto di miglio a piedi dalla casa), ed è a circa 1 isolato dalla spiaggia. Tutti i comfort come a casa, biancheria fornita e con cucina completamente attrezzata e lavatrice e asciugatrice. Nuovo mobile bianco e ripiani in granito grigio-bianco. Tre camere da letto per una famiglia. un portico e un pozzo del fuoco per rilassarsi di notte.

    La cucina è completa di elettrodomestici di dimensioni standard e lavastoviglie. I comfort includono TV 42 "e WIFI e lavatrice / asciugatrice.

    Molte attrazioni interessanti sono a meno di un'ora di distanza (Kittery, Portsmouth, Boston e altro), così come i principali negozi.

Wonderful place

Clean, well kept house with everything you need, a complete kitchen, games, picnic table! We loved it and you can't beat the location.

The place was great. Just as advertised. Spacious bedrooms, large bathroom and living room. Easy walk to the center or the beach. Awesome front porch for people watching.

We had an amazing time from check it to check out! The house was comfy and cozy. We enjoyed being so close to the beach, ice cream and all the action! We would definitely rent this property again on the future.

We had an incredible stay! The house was just a street away from the beach and close to everything you could want. It was very clean and had all the essentials for cooking — full fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and even a grill outside. The host was always responsive when we reached out, which made the trip stress-free. We stayed with our family, including three kids of different ages, and everyone had a fantastic time. Perfect spot for a family beach getaway!

End of Summer Getaway

My family of 5, my parents and brother with his girlfriend stayed in this Vrbo which was beyond perfect for our end of summer getaway. The house was clean and the perfect fit for our family vacation. A short walk to the beach made it great for our family and easy to come back during the day. The shops were close by as were many places to eat and enjoy the ocean views. Definitely recommend and would book again in the future!

Second year in a row

We will be coming back for a third year and fourth! Great location. CUTE beach house, close to boardwalk and attractions! Washer dryer, air, full kitchen, nice yard and porch. Paul is easy to communicate with and very friendly. Thanks again for a great vacation!

Excellent Location!

Perfect location for the Beach, Boardwalk, Casino, Bars, Restaurants, Seabrook Nuclear Station. 3 single file parking spots. Overall it worked great for our situation. I would recommend this place to others

Best Ever

This cottage is the best. Not only the location but the property is so nice. Pictures do not do it justice. Was so clean and felt like home and so relaxing. I can say this has been the best experience I have had renting in Hampton Beach. I am looking forward to staying again next year. Thank you to the hosts for making this a great experience.

We could not find the hot tub nor could we see the water at all from any place on the property. The beach was a short walk and the house was spotless and had everything we needed. Easy to keep clean. We loved it and would go back again. thank you!!!

There was a minor hiccup related to entry - the VRBO instructions may need updating, but otherwise everything went smoothly. No problems with the facilities and appliances.

Hampton Beach stay

The house was roomy and clean and very close to the beach. It was difficult working the key box but that was not a big deal. The host kindly let us check in a little earlier which we appreciated. The one problem was that we could not run the a/c in each of the three bedrooms because it would trip the circuit. It was very warm in the room without the a/c. Very nice house otherwise.

The house was perfect for our family. Very clean! I’ve stayed in a few homes in Hampton Beach and always felt sand on my bare feet as I walked around the house. Not here! That was one of the first thing I noticed. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor grill was brand new! The house was pretty well stocked as well…garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper…even some dryer sheets and laundry detergent. Not sure if those were leftovers from other visitors but it was certainly helpful. The only very minor issue for us was the TV was only internet TV and none of us had any streaming services with live TV. We figured it out pretty quickly and were able to stream our cable services right to the TV. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
