Questa gemma nascosta situata nei Colonial Seaside Condominiums potrebbe essere una delle case vacanza in posizione più conveniente a Hampton Beach - a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dal lungomare, dai portici, dal palco Seashell, dalla sala da ballo del casinò, dal parco giochi per bambini, dai ristoranti, dai bar e dalle attrazioni!

Il condominio sulla spiaggia è un comodo 500 sq. Ft. Evidenziato da nuovissimi muri accento Shiplap in ogni camera da letto. La vacanza perfetta tutto l'anno, viene fornito con un posto auto coperto gratuito, molta luce naturale e lenzuola e asciugamani puliti per tutti gli ospiti. È stato recentemente rinnovato per la stagione 2020 con tutta la vernice fresca, mobili nuovi di zecca (tra cui il nuovo letto iperallergenico Queen e il divano letto). Sii i primi a godere dei nuovi servizi!

La casa per le vacanze è completamente arredata, dispone di riscaldamento ed elettricità, un piacevole spazio cucina / famiglia a concetto aperto e una lavanderia a gettoni per tutti gli ospiti.

Summer escape

Exactly as described clean and comfortable. Great location close to everything. One small hiccup in the beginning. Contacted the host and was resolved very quickly. Very quiet being so close to the boardwalk. Great week at the beach.

This place is small but convenient. The beds were very comfortable. As far as the view ehh its behind a building that faces the ocean so you have to walk out to the back walk deck and to the corner to see it but you’re in front of someone elses door. The shower is only a stall with 1- 1/2” shelve. Does the trick but not comfortably. AC worked well. The parking spot was tight but was able to get my 4 door Wrangler in there comfortably. The love seat and there is only one is probably on its last leg. Oh and its two flights up. I think the biggest perk for here is convenience, its in the middle of the strip and right across from the beach. Communication was clear with the owners which is also helpful.

Close to the beach

Cute little beach condo. Decor was nice and had everything we needed. The location was great and it was so convenient to walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Also great to have the parking spot. Only not ideal was the two flights of stairs and no bathtub (since we had two kids under 3) but we made it work! I would definitely stay here again!

Super close to the beach

Condo is as described in the listing. Neighborhood was quiet during our stay for April vacation. Really great location to the boardwalk and beach. The owners are extremely nice, informative and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

We did not actually get to stay as we ran into construction going on and chose to go somewhere else(we were pre advised). The owners were very understanding and quick to refund our money. I would not hesitate to work with or stay with them again. Great communication!

Adorable little place

Everything was clean and orderly, beds were comfortable and it's incredibly well located. We enjoyed walking to the beach, restaurants, etc. Also, the hosts were terrific aboit communicating.

Great place to sleep and shower for adventurers on the go!

Spent very little time in the property, but still, I was very satisfied with my stay. Everything was as it appeared in the listing! Just a word of caution, not a complaint, the shower is small so if you are an X-tra medium like me , lathering up all over can get tricky!

I’ve been going to Hampton for 20 and staying in several different places. This was by far the nicest, cleanest and most convenient. The owners were super nice and helpful. The linens smell fresh, the fully stocked kitchen was immaculate, and the decor was very updated and modern. We will be back every year!

Excellent location very clean

This condo is literally 2 blocks from the beach but off the boardwalk so was quiet at night. Everyone in the building was nice and respectful to each other. Owners are very nice and gave detailed email about arrival and things about the condo. You have a porch on both sides of the condo so that was nice. Parking spot is tight which they tell you in description but we have a Highlander and fit just fine. Kitchen/ living room area is not very big but definitely sufficient we cooked most of our meals at the condo and there is plenty of pots pans and dishes. There was 3 adults and 2 kids staying. Bathroom is small but was fine. Probably our only complaint would be new mattresses and bed frames would make your stay more comfortable.

Wonderful!

Perfect location, perfect set up. The hosts were very informative and let us know that it was open for an early check in. No issues otherwise. The location is great to the beach, good and entertainment. Lots of cute beach shops. Overall excellent experience!

Pleasant weekend getaway

Overall, we had a great stay. The property is in an excellent location, just steps from Ocean Boulevard. As mentioned in the description, the parking is a little tight yet manageable. The unit itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and are quick to respond to questions.

Perfect Friends Getaway

Just as described and within walking distance to everything. Perfect for three or four, might be tight for more, easily sleeps six and if you are there for the beach it is all you need.

Great Location!!

This condo is super cute and close to the beach. We walked to restaurants, shops, playground and beach. Only 40 minutes away from Salem, which was the reason for our trip. Keep in mind that it’s off season by the end of Oct so a lot of places are closed. We still found enough places to eat and shop.

Excellent Location

We loved the property - the proximity to the Beach and the concert venue and area restaurants could not have been better. The property was great for our needs - which was sleeping and resting mostly. Boardwalk Inn around the corner was amazing. No issues noted.

Location can not be beat

Stay location could not have been better for the Smuttynose 1/2 marathon that my daughter and I were participating in. If you are looking to be close to beach and activity this is the place to stay. Park and unless you want to travel to other parts everything in walkable. Owners communication was top notch. Michael notified us when cleaner was done which allowed us to check in early. Access to enter the condo was easy. Very prompt with questions and information. As noted parking is very tight. condo seating in the living area is very limited with a small couch fitting 3 unless you want to sit on stools or plastic porch chairs. As noted you need to have streaming programs to be able to use the TV. Bathroom is very small. Condo was clean and well supplied kitchen supplies. If you want convenience this is the place to stay. Would consider staying again but also will shop options that provide more space and TV without streaming.
