“Air conditioner did not work in our room. Went down to get a key to check on another room and there were people in 2 other rooms who had the same issue. In our second room, the air conditioner worked, but the night before we left, the toilet started leaking and had a big puddle on the floor. Hotels everywhere need to step up their game and update their facilities if they are going to charge that much money.”

Bed was comfortable, only drawback is bathroom is small with not much space for your toiletries but it certainly isn't a deal breaker. Very clean room. We stayed in a king room. I'd definitely book here again next time we're visiting the area.”

“Our vacation to The Outer Banks was our favorite trip to date. This property was almost perfect, other than that we chose it for the advertised 24 hour sauna, and upon arrival we discovered that although there were 2 saunas, they were the infrared versions and quite small. Also, they are located directly off from the main hallway where all of the other hotel guests are walking and it made it less than relaxing to know that people would be walking by and seeing you. “Staff friendly. Breakfast very good although not included. Many amenities for kids next to Busch Gardens. Bed nice, however ceilings and carpet not clean and dilapidated. I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly.”
