The accommodation is beautifully appointed with everything you could need; and host Julie is just amazing - friendly and welcoming with out being intrusive. Gave some great recommendations for dining options in the area, and we enjoyed our chats with her and our pats with the handsome Beau; one very energetic and friendly dog.”

“A little alarmed when we saw the block of “flats” but once inside we were relieved to find a large modern apartment. Large kitchen, main bedroom all on the ground floor. So close to Govt. gardens, town, restaurants. Parking is at the back using driveway in Pukuatua St”

“This is a great area down by the lake, very peaceful. The boathouse has everything you'd need and is super comfy. Sarah is friendly and instantly responsive to any questions. 100% would stay again. Very pleasant.”

“Great Property, very clean A+. Heating wasn't working for last two nights, thankfully its a warm dry apartment. House manager was happy to drop off a heater however we didn't need it. Over all this is a fantastic, super clean apartment that deserves a 5* rating.”

“We enjoyed our time at this accommodation. The bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. It's compact, but absolutely fine for a few days, especially if you are spending most of your time out and about enjoying the city. As the sleepout is attached to the main house, you can hear the kids running around and having fun from time to time but it didn't bother us.”

“Close to Okareka lake which my wife would go to each morning to watch the sunrise while the lazy father and son stayed in their beds. We did all do the glow worm kayaking tour on this lake which was amazing and highly recommended. When we looked at the online listing it wasn’t clear that the accommodation is attached to a house. But this didn’t effect our privacy at all. It’s a beautiful house with a close to nature feel about it while still being close to some great activities like the...
