Hokulele Hale è una casa unifamiliare con tre camere da letto.
Questa casa si trova alla fine di un tranquillo cul-de-sac a soli 125 metri dalla famosa spiaggia di Hanalei Bay. La proprietà è arretrata rispetto alla strada su un lotto di bandiera ed è adiacente a diversi acri di terra non sviluppata che conferiscono un ineguagliabile senso di pace e tranquillità. Dalle camere da letto e dai verande, si godono splendide viste sulle cascate che dominano la città di Hanalei

L'ampio lanai sul retro è arredato con mobili confortevoli e si affaccia sul torrente sulla proprietà vicina e sulla terra non sviluppata oltre la quale si può ascoltare la bella melodia degli uccelli tutto il giorno. È un posto dove tu e la tua famiglia potete sedervi e godervi la tranquilla brezza dell'isola e le vedute incontaminate.

La casa vanta decorazioni incantevoli, pavimenti in piastrelle e banconi in granito. C'è un soppalco decorato con gusto di 550 piedi quadrati. Una grande cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie, piano cottura a cinque fuochi, smaltimento dei rifiuti e centinaia di metri quadrati di spazio sul bancone per soddisfare tutte le esigenze di ristorazione della tua famiglia. La sala da pranzo adiacente ha posti a sedere flessibili. Un lanai coperto di 300 piedi quadrati si trova fuori dalla cucina se si preferisce cenare fuori.

I giardini che circondano la casa sono stati amorevolmente abbelliti con dozzine di varietà di fiori e foglie tropicali. Il profumo di pikake, plumeria e zenzeri si diffonde attraverso la casa nella leggera brezza dell'isola. We had the most enjoyable stay at this incredible home! The proximity to Hanalei Bay, restaurants and shopping was unbeatable. The property was impeccably clean and fit our family of 5 with comfort. We felt safe sending the kids home to walk from the beach and were truly awestruck when we stepped foot onto the beach for the very first time. We also took a tour of the Nepali coast with Hanalei Charters and highly recommend any visitor to do so! The host of property was friendly and accommodating in every way. Thank you for a wonderful visit to this most gorgeous location!

We have stayed on the north shore of Kauai almost a dozen times over the years, usually in Princeville because it’s easy to find an affordable condo. This time we decided to stay right in Hanalei so our teens could have freedom to walk to town and the beach. This house could not have been more perfect. It was the most equipped rental we have ever stayed in. It had beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, and beach towels. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted including a nice blender and air fryer among other things. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the lanai and watching all the birds enjoy the tropical garden. As with many places on Kauai, you should expect the roosters to wake you so bring ear plugs if that bothers you. We got used to it. There are plenty of fans in case it gets hot. We absolutely loved walking on the beach every morning and then walking to town for breakfast. It’s a really nice, quiet neighborhood as well. Thank you for taking such great care of this rental and sharing it with us. We all left feeling very grateful and look forward to going back one day.

We were here to celebrate our family and enjoy time together in a beautiful setting. We were all quite comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, and the indoor ones, too. The view from the loft is amazing, and we could catch a bit of it from a corner of the lanai as well. Its location by the river made for a very natural feel outdoors. Easy access to all parts of Hanalei made for fun times in town and at the beach. Everything worked great, and everything was clean. Ann was very responsive when I inquired with questions, and the whole vibe was warm and inviting. Would definitely rent this house again if circumstances warrant a space this big.

first and foremost ann is totally an amazing host. the few things we had questions on - she responded right away. second the property is well maintained and totally stocked with just about anything you could ask for - especially in the kitchen - if it isnt in ann's kitchen more than likely they dont make it. as others have said its like 2 blocks from one of the most gorgeous beaches anywhere, and there is shopping and dining within a 8-10 minute walk. where as in alot of other places in kauai you have to drive for anything and everything. Hanalei Bay is a perfect hawaiin vacation. the only drawback to the north shore area is its a drive to get to anywhere else on the island. but the house is your perfect hawaiin getaway. especially after a weather front moves thru - 2 blocks away and we could hear the waves crashing all night as we slept.

This house is amazing and had such a great stay. The location is perfect and we were able to walk to the beach and local restaurants. The house itself is kept in very good condition and has all the things needed for a great stay including beach items like chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards. There were fresh linens and plenty of sleeping supplies. We had a large group and I researched many houses in Hanalei and for the price point and comparable houses this is the best deal you can find on any website. Also the host is fantastic and easy to reach, checkin and checkout was simple. Overall 5/5 and would recommend, just book it!

We had a wonderful stay at Ann’s home. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach or the shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of beach gear. The covered lanai was where we spent most of our time at the house and it was perfect for enjoying some rainstorms. Highly recommended!

I couldn't say enough about how much we loved our stay. Beyond being in a great spot to take short walks to the beach or into town, our group (adults and teenagers) really were impressed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, including a stand-alone ice-maker! The back lanai was a natural gravitation point for our evening get-togethers, and Ann has her guests well taken care of when it comes to overall comfort, with comfortable beds and more than enough fans to keep the air flowing nicely. If you're looking for a very relaxing, chill vacation in a scenic beach town, you've come to the right place!

I highly recommend Ann’s beautiful home in Hanalei Bay. It was the perfect location! A short walk (a couple minutes) to the beach or into town. No need to drive or look for that parking spot! We’ve been to Kauai with the family a few times and by far Hanalei Bay is my favorite place to be. Nothing is more beautiful so I was so happy to find Ann’s home available when we wanted to go! The home is situated on a very quiet street surrounded by lush tropical foliage. So many birds! I loved waking up to sketch or read on her wrap around lanai! The kitchen is stocked with great spices and basic ingredients (coffee/sugar/olive oil, etc) which made cooking super easy as we didn’t have to go buy all the extra things! Also boogie boards, snorkel gear, chairs, and umbrellas are there to use, which makes a day at the beach so easy and fun! Ann is a super receptive host and whenever I asked her a question she would respond within minutes! We can’t wait go back there again!

The house was a great spot for our family vacation. We stayed with 6 adults and two kids under two. It had everything we needed and even great stuff for the toddlers. Easy walk to the beach and a wagon for the kids to ride in. Great big kitchen for homemade meals. Loved the outdoor shower for after the beach. Ann is super nice and took care of everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was so well stocked. We loved using the ninja blender for Island fresh smoothies in the morning. The layout worked well for our group and the location is ideal. Nothing beats being able to walk to Hanalei bay. We loved using the outdoor shower. Ann was so accommodating, great communication.

The property was clean and as described. I have to add there are several boogie boards, and some fins, one playmate type lunch box and a wagon. We did use the boogie boards and fins. The lanai was wonderful and we spent most mornings on the lanai together drinking coffee. There were plenty of seats for all. The other thing that was very nice is the condiments and mustard, ketchup, salt, pepper, flour, coffee, etc., that is furnished and left behind by other folks it was very helpful and kind (also saves on waste). (fortunately, we were able to leave stuff behind, too, as we used other items left by folks.) The house is very comfortable. I will reach out to the owner as a think a few of her frying pans have been damaged over time and in need of replacement. Also, there is a several games and puzzles, which was fun. All was great, and would definitely look to stay again in the future. 👍

This home was perfect for our vacation and the owner was really good to work with. We loved the open floor plan and the patio deck where we spent a lot of our time watching the waterfalls when it rained. We walked to the beach and the town center (close to everything). The home was clean and came as advertised. We would come back in a heartbeat.
