** A partire da novembre 2017, la Kauai Tree House ha un nuovo tavolo da pranzo, una camera da letto principale, un soggiorno e camere dipinte di recente.

Questa casa con 3 camere da letto è completamente arredata con biancheria, giochi, video e musica, con sistema stereo I-Pod. La proprietà lungofiume consente la privacy e si può fluttuare verso il basso per un ambiente spiaggia privata. La nostra posizione è nel mezzo di uno dei migliori esempi di vecchie Hawaii rimaste oggi.

Ogni camera ha un letto king size, materasso di qualità e nuovi lenzuola e cuscini. Mobili da camera e ventilatori piacevoli in tutte le stanze, incluso il lanai principale, che è schermato. La camera da letto principale è molto attraente e ha una nuova TV a schermo piatto. La casa si erge in alto che domina il flusso di acqua limpida e ospita anatre, pesci e molte altre specie in via di estinzione in un ambiente incontaminato.

The treehouse was a great place to stay; our favorite space was the screened in lanai. We were aware of the barking dogs & roosters crowing at all hours of the day, but the road noise was a bit unexpected & since the entrance to the property was right at the double one way bridges, it was challenging to enter/exit to the property without a 2 point turn or driving slightly further down the road to turn around for the entrance. We also had a few little friends (lizards) who kept us company throughout the week—my kids loved it. There were ants in attendance, but we kept our food in the microwave, fridge or in containers & there were no problems. The washer & dryer are large and easily accommodated the big, fluffy beach towels provided. We were close to Hanalei & utilized the nearby market & coffee shop often.

Great place. Only issue was the nearly constant barking at all hours of a pack of dogs across the stream behind the house. Had to close the windows at night, which was unfortunate. Even a dog lover would find the constant howling grating while on vacation. Still, we loved the location, and the helpful guide books. The roosters were loud, too.

tropical oasis family vacation

We loved our stay at the Treehouse. It was roomy, clean and comfortable for everyone in our family. The location is nice and secluded from the main road and about 10 minutes from Hanalei town which was convenient. The beaches nearby were breathtakingly beautiful. Note that the stairs are very steep so older family may have a harder time getting up to the house. The neighbor next door complained about us walking on his property though we were not aware that what we thought was a road was actually his driveway so make sure not to make this mistake because he's not very nice about it. Other than that it was a great stay.

Charming house in Waniha

This house is beautiful and relaxing and is in the middle of luxurious nature,. It is close to Tunnel beach and Haena state park. The only negative point is the noise from one of the very closeby bridges when the cars are passing by and from the roosters during the night. However, if you have good ear plugs it should allow you to sleep well. The beds are very comfortable and each room has its balcony.. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area!

Comfortable, beautiful, surrounded by nature.

Everyone in our family loved staying at the Tree House. The house was clean, the furnishings comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. The common areas were set up in ways that everyone can be comfortable. We loved the fresh air through the open windows and appreciated the fans on warmer afternoons. This house is surrounded by all different kinds of trees. The wild life includes geckos and different birds, including roosters (who crow on their own schedules). The setting is so relaxing, though, the roosters didn't bother most of us. On clear nights, many stars are visible from the front lanai. That was a treat. We absolutely loved staying here, and would definitely go back. Mahalo nui!

North Shore Retreat

We stayed 4 nights at the tree house. The place fit our party of 7 comfortably and was a great retreat after days at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and there were 2 fridges. Some things to consider. There is a lot of outside noise at night (Cars over bridge & roosters), so make sure to bring ear plugs. Also, there is no cell phone coverage. The wifi worked great though! The stairs are steep so it does takes some muscle to carry suitcases up.

Treehouse Treasure

We had a lovely stay in the Kauai treehouse. The property is right off Kuhio Highway, but feels like it's a remote jungle haven along the river complete with the serenade of bullfrogs. It is roomy and well equipped. The only real downside is that there are also dogs on a nearby property that bark loudly at night for a period of time along with the native creatures.

Treehouse in Paradise

The house was great for our family of five plus one. You can feel a little sway in the house but I expected that with it sitting on such long stilts. The screen doors in the master bedroom need to replaced as they wouldn't stay on track when opened or closed. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

This was our last chance to do something extravagant before our kids have flown the coop. We all were impressed by the property and home. The location was dynamite - so near Hanalei and Tunnels and Lumahai and Ke'e. We love the lushness and relaxed atmosphere of the north shore, and it's relative remoteness, but that also makes it a long drive to many other destinations on the rest of the island as well. It's a great home in a jungle, and we loved it.

Wainiha treehouse

Awesome place, drugged out lady wouldn’t stop bothering us from Saturday evening. Even swam across the river and approached us with a knife. Luckily we were locals from kalaheo and hanapepe, where we handled the problem ourselves. Lady got the blood flowing and put us on edge for the rest of the stay but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Snuggled getaway!

Although it rained most of the time, we felt it was a different and great way to spend Christmas weekend. We cooked tasty meals and caught up with our friends while chillaxin in the treehouse!

Fantastic getaway!

Our extended family all stayed here together, along with our 1 yr old and we found the accommodations just perfect! Great layout, comfortable space, we cooked many meals (and sharp knives!), did a puzzle, used lots of the beach gear... there were even toys for our little one. Only downside that we can report was the dogs barking in the late evening, often well into the night, and the loud traffic noises from the bridge close by, but we know those are out of the owner’s/rentals control. The roosters and frog noises we welcomed! Noises aside, the location was awesome (close to beaches and just a short drive into Hanalei) and the property was beautifully maintained, with the river flowing right along side. We would highly recommend!
