Welcome to your Upper Peninsula escape! This inviting home offers plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy everything Hancock and Houghton have to offer.
Step inside to a bright, welcoming interior with comfortable furnishings and cozy gathering spaces. The main living area features peek-a-boo views of the canal from both porches — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets as the Houghton skyline glows across the water.
Located just one minute from Mont Ripley Ski Hill and less than ten minutes to Michigan Tech, downtown Houghton, and countless hiking, biking, and snowmobile trails, this home is perfectly situated for every season. Whether you're here for adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both, this getaway offers the ideal home base for your U.P. stay.

Garage: Available to use during spring through fall. 2 cars can park in there. The garage area generally gets plowed in during Winter season by City trucks making it unusable.

Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.
