    This whole one floor, ranch style house is yours! Nestled in Nature, yet close to everything! Are you looking to go antiquing? Sea glass hunting on the beach? Tennis? Kayaking? Hiking? A great meal or lobster dinner? Or just spread out together in this spacious home and grill on the back deck, watch the stars, and stay in for the evening?
    This gorgeous home offers you all of the amenities, yet is on a peaceful wooded lot. It is sunny, open and private. Watch for the occasional deer, eagle, turkey, birds, and wildlife from the living room, dining room or deck! Have you seen the stars in Maine? Stargazing at its best, where you feel like you can reach out and touch the milky way as you count the shooting stars. This is truly the Maine experience.
    This gorgeous one floor home offers you all of the amenities and privacy you need. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, open concept home is centrally located for all of your adventures! It offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, large living room and 3 spacious bedrooms. It is very clean, open concept, and well kept, all on one floor.

    Ellsworth: 3 miles to Shaws, Hannafords, Walmart, Renys, LLBean outlet, theatre, restaurants, antiquing, shopping, Simons farm.
    Hancock: Ruth and Wimpies Restaurant, YU take out for lobster rolls, Chippers, Itty Bitty Diner, and Crocker house Restaurant. Hancock Point has Carters Beach, clay tennis courts, sailing, kayaking, library, non-denominational Chapel

Very nice home located in a quiet country like location. Enjoyed the deck for morning coffee & walking in the backyard by the woods, even saw a deer one evening! Susan was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had, would recommend this place for a bit of relaxation.

We very much enjoyed our stay here while visiting Acadia National Park. We did long hikes and enjoyed having a comfortable place to come back to. The King bed in the Master is extremely comfortable with good pillows.

Ellsworth is a great little town. This house is five minutes from the more commercial district and five minutes from the old Main Street district. It’s a little less than a half hour from the front of the park, but the drive in is beautiful. Well kept house and very cute. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Relaxing home near everything!

We enjoyed our stay in Nestled in Nature, having a kitchen was crucial for four people. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathroom, clean and lots of hot water! The location was ideal, equal distance between Acadia and the Schoodic portion of the park. We ate more lobster than I budgeted for, not sorry!

The property was a lovely place to “land” after a day in Acadia with many amenities. We had a bedroom and bathroom for every adult and the location was quiet and quaint. Highly recommend this listing!

I am redoing a cabin in Maine that is not ready to be lived in yet. When we come to Maine to work on it we also stay near ellsworth. This was the best stay so far. This house was clean with plenty of room. It wasnice and queit but yet close to everything. Would definitely stay again.was

Comfortable Vacation Home in a Great Location

This property and home are in a convenient location for hiking and visiting Acadia National Park. We appreciated the air conditioning, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, and propane grill. The host is very responsive to all communication. Check-in was very simple as well. What an amazing place to stay in this area! Everything was easy from booking to checking out and everything in between. The house is large and incredibly clean. Well stocked with everything you need for kitchen and bath. We took advantage of the kitchen and deck area and ate a lot of our meals in. Thank you ladies for making our vacation so easy and nice!
