Hotel a Hancock

“Beautiful short stay. The front desk staff was amazing. Excellent waitress and breakfast buffet too. So many food choices. Good quality and presentation, Great bar with homemade pizza. Excellent bartenders. Pool tables, gambling machines. Good happy hour. The managing staff who checked rooms were nice too. Housekeeping was my issue. Not enough wash cloths, mildew in tub area. Drain pulled out. Toilet paper hung terribly. Next day towels replaced, beds not made. Really? Such a disappointment....

“We've stayed here quite a few times over the winter and each time our room has been very clean, the staff is very accommodating, complimentary breakfast is good. Nice they have a waffle maker to enjoy something hot for breakfast. The best future of this Quality Inn is the pool and hot tub! It is also clean and well maintained.”

“The hotel is on the main business street in Wisconsin Rapids. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. Breakfast was good.”

“Fresh cookies are wonderful!! Flat remotes are sanitary, but this remote would not select the channels anyway except going all the way up and down thru the numbers. Very irritating and it will force me to choose another hotel in the future. On my second night the staff did not remake the beds or clean the toilet, another reason for not returning!”

“Neither the pool or hot tub available. Mold on ceiling in bathtub. Fridge and microwave not working.”
