“We were looking for a place near the beratan temple. This was just right in front of it. The staff were nice, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It has nice views of the lake. The rooftop even has nicer views. The welcome drink (ginger tea with brown sugar) was delicious. The mie goreng and nasi goreng for breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“The interior was super clean. The exterior could do with new paints on some villas. It was very cold during the night though (outside temp down to around 15°). No heating pad, no heater. So make sure you’re properly clothed. ”

“Spontan gefunden und absolut Happy mit der Wahl. 2 sehr nette junge Männer haben uns einen tollen Abend erleben lassen. Lecker Dinner und ein Feuer gegen die Kälte. Wir wussten gar nicht, dass es in Bali abends so kalt sein kann. Die Container bieten Alles was man braucht und wie haben super geschlafen. Wer mal etwas anderes ausprobieren möchte, ist bei CSS super aufgehoben. Danke für die unvergessliche Zeit 🙏🤗”

“We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

“It's a beautiful newish property with spectacular views!! It was clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. The only negative is that it is hard to find - no signs on main street and kind of bad path off the main road. The outside of the property seems to be worked on still so hopefully it will all be resolved once finished. Also not much to do right around there - but that is probably the case for many places around Bali.”

“We booked the volcano panorama villa, and I'm so glad we did, because the weather was too cold to use the main pool which isn't heated. The hotel had a free shuttle to 2 near by spots, and you could also book paid tours for other spots. We took the free shuttle to the lake and the wangiri picture spots, the guide took amazing pictures, and then took us to an extra location which was a coffee plantation, they gave us free tasting of all their teas and coffees. Teilweise kann es im Inneren etwas ziehen und der Boden knartschen. Der Ausblick beim Duschen nach draußen ist ebenfalls einmalig, genauso wie beim Pool.
