บรรยากาศในรีสอร์ท รวมๆก็พอใช้ได้ ห้องพักที่เข้าพักห้องDeluxe ก็พอใช้ได้ แต่เรื่องความสะอาดดีคะ รีสอร์ทก็จะดูเล็กๆ กะทัดรัด ไม่กว้างมากเท่าไร ส่วนเรื่องอาหารเช้า น้อยไปคะ

A relaxing out of town choice

The hotel is in a rural area so you will need to rent a car or be prepared to pay a bit more on taxis. Staff are friendly and the rooms are large, comfortable and spotless. I also liked the bath and the balcony. Breakfast was a small but tasty selection and the room service menu is limited but I really enjoyed the one meal that I ordered. There are better and cheaper day spas in Chiang Mai so I probably wouldn't use that service again. The resort booked a tour for me and it was smooth and easy. I also used one of their free bikes to visit the nearby park.

Convenience & clean. A little old but nice.

Good in general but missing some small details ie staff smile. However breakfast was very ordinary, should provide some local northern food. Coffee machine was broken and swimming pool is filty while i was there. Front staff tried to charge us again during our checking out inspite of all costs were deducted off my credit card earlier by expedia. Not sure it's expedia or the hotel hiccup.

ห้องพักอบอุ่น น่ารัก บรรยากาศมองออกจากห้องเป็นสวนธรรมชาติรอบๆตัว เป็นโรงแรมที่ไม่ใหญ่มาก กำลังดี

房間同餐廳都幾好，不出市區接送服務很差，只是肯出機場，付近沒有活動，只是去夜間動物園先住一晚

Honest opinion

This is my second stay at this hotel. The rooms are good size clean and nice bathroom facilities. Its a quiet location and has bus fasilities into the city Nice pool area but showing its age now time for up grade The food is of a good standard but breakfast is still the same menue and found this to be quiet poor mostly cold eggs sausage and bacon this is an area that needs improvement. The lack of alcohol beverage choice a Is also to be desired and needs improvement. The staff have had a high turn over so this tells me management need to look at them selves and i dont mean the hotel manager she was very nice. Its a great place for a 3 day stay on a deal package however any longer and you are looking for other options for your next trip . Mine was an 8 day stay and 5 too many .

“Amazing Out Of The Way GEM & Staff ! With RICHARD as Manager this is easy to understand :) What a great place I recommend to ALL who love quiet, clean, comfortable and lovely Boutique Resort. Just 2o minutes from the center of Siem Reap and The Wats (Temples). Hotel provides Airport Pick -up and Shuttle (Tuk-Tuk) to town . The only way to travel and enjoy this area .Complimentary. From the Moment your arrive the staff greets you with great warmth and respect. I love these young people and this Hotel. It may seem a bit far but only 20 minutes fron center of the action I must mention just a few of the Staff I remember . Of Course The smiling face of Kate at front desk will tell you everything will be alright and more. Plus Breakfast is included in most rates and delicious blend of Asian and Eastern Breakfast . All put together by Chef Andy and crew. Mason and Ryder just so on the ball and ready to assist along with Anna and Ryder just makes your day have a perfect beginning. Tuk-Tuk back from town is only about 5 US and I love the ride especially when the last KM is a Country Road . So come and Enjoy . I will be back soon as this will be my only place for me stay in Siem Reap from Now On. And Special mention to My Sana who proves that great friendly Management is what a real Boutique experience is about. Take Care See You All Soon ! JOHN. 위치빼곤 좋아요

방은 마음에 들었으나 조식이 너무 단출함. 과일은 맛나구요 밤2시 도착이라서 무료 공항무료셔틀을 이용할수 있어서 편했음 호텔 도착전에 편의점에 들러주니 꼭 이용하길바람. 주변에 아무것도 없음 택시기사도 위치 잘 모르니 꼭 호텔주소 가지고 다니세요 나이트사파리와 가깝습니다

整體滿意該酒店, 寧静舒適, 環境清幽, 員工服務尚可, 惟有以下幾點不滿: - 1. 訂好酒店之後一直沒有收到酒店正式的官方確認, 本人好幾次透過email聯絡無果, 後來我透過facebook inbox才確認好.. 2. 酒店提供免費機場接送, 的確不錯, 我提早通知酒店我的航班, 但我與一行朋友抵達機場後, 酒店車竟然遲到一小時! 酒店聲稱路上塞車, 然而機場距離不遠, 實在不能接受

舒適的酒店

距離夜間動物園只雖十分鐘步程，去其他景點也相當方便。適合自鴐人士。房間亦相當舒適及乾淨，雖然有螞蟻在床上，噴些少防蚄液問題解決了。天氣清涼，不能到戶外游泳池游泳。唯美中不足是早餐選擇少，不太美味。要提出才把食物補充。

Honest opinion Not too bad

The location is very good no noise close to mountains and close to city 15 min each way.the room was clean and tidy bed was comfotable. Not 4 star but a good 3. The floors are quite slippery from floor coating so pic up your clothes or a fall could result. Meals let this hotel down and breakfast is poor. Mini bar was free thats because there is nothing in it. Garden and pool area nice .

Lovely room, clean and quiet, nice scenery and relaxing, nice room balcony, tv channels offer more than those hotels in downtown, staff is friendly and helpful, location is rural though, you basically need hotel transportation to anywhere, no taxi around but u can call them in. I would defo return to this place.

Beautiful hotel but far from downtown

The rooms and pool area were absolutely beautiful. The staff in the lobby were very nice, helpful and they explained all the available services upon arrival. Our room was very nice and clean on the first two nights. The third night, it seemed like housekeeping had opened the doors for an extended time and there were a number of bugs on the floor and the walls. The food was terrible for both room service and breakfast. French fries were soaked in oil. We ordered the western breakfast (option C) both mornings and the soft boiled eggs were undercooked, the ham and bacon had a funny taste, the orange juice must have been from a box. The shuttle to downtown does not leave until 10, and since we didn't want to waste most of the morning, we had to pay for the hotel van to drive us every time. There is nothing within walking distance so you'll basically be taking the hotel van to go everywhere and it'll be the same price. The overall price was very reasonable but I would definitely look for a place closer to downtown next time.

Quiet Getaway!

I wanted to get out of town, out of the hustle and bustle of city life. This hotel was not too far away, but was far enough out to be quiet! The central courtyard has a beautiful garden. All of the rooms face the courtyard so it feels like its a private little jungle. The pool was nice but was a little chilly for the cooler days. The restaurant on site had good food with reasonable sit-down restaurant prices. There were free bicycles available if you wanted to get some street food or ride to the Royal Gardens or the Night Safari. It is not an area very friendly for walking or shopping. It is a great place to have quiet time and rest. Free airport shuttle for pick-up and drop-off.

Bad hotel far from everything.

This hotel is far from everything. You get a free shuttle to town but expensive coming back. There were cockroaches in the room. They ruined one of my shirts when laundering. The food was bad. There were a lot of mosquitos at the pool. A rooster next door woke you up at the crack of dawn.

nice staff, close to nature environment

I have spent a few days in the hotel and totally enjoyed my stay. every room has a nice balcony looking over the garden or swimming pool, in fact the hotel is next to the forest of the safari. there are some mosquito when you are outside or at the restaurant but it is unavoidable in Chiang Mai during raining season.

Far from everything.

You get what you pay for. Expensive bad breakfast, cockroaches in the room, mosquitos at the pool, every morning a rooster wakes you up at sunrise. Not kidding. I paid for laundry and they ruined my shirt. Taxi drivers never heard of this hotel and didn't want to drive us because it was so far from town. soap and shampoo ran out the second day. Not a good experience.

Dårlig stil

Vi havde booket 2 værelser, men de kunne kun se vi havde booket et værelse, og på trods af at vi havde vores booking med der viste 2 værelser ville de ikke give os 2 værelser uden at vi først betalte for et ekstra værelse, dårlig start på et ophold.. Dagen efter opdaget de at fejlen var deres og vi fik penge retur, og et lille forlegent smil. Værelset var annonceret med fri minibar, dette bestod at 1 sodavand 33cl. pr. person i døgnet... men det resultat at alt andet var flytte, så hvis man som gæst ønskede mere at drikke så var eneste mulighed room service. ingen butikker i nærheden..! SMART UDTÆNKT.... !!

Very poor service indeed......

I left my brief stay at this hotel feeling very disappointed, and justifiably so I feel. We arrived at around 10.35pm. The young chap on reception merely pointed to a form for me to fill in - not so much as a "hello". He could barely speak any English at all and seemed completely disinterested. We asked if we could have some food but was told no. In all of the hotels advertising and brochures it clearly says that the restaurant is open until 11pm. We were well within this time so felt quite cross. It took ages to convince them to give us some drinks - it all felt like we were inconveniencing them. The rooms were quite nice with a balcony. The gardens were again quite green and lunch with a pool. It has to be said that the pool did not look well maintained and the water was dirty. Trying to get the hotel shuttle into town was also a trauma as they simply do not have the ability to communicate at all. I would not recommend this hotel at all I'm afraid. I was very disappointed.
